Absolutely everything. The quality of the furnishings,the details of the decor all combined to be a stunning property. The complimentary breakfasts were nothing short of first class.The same breakfast at a restaurant in a room with a similar surroundings would easily cost $40. The staff couldn’t have more professional. They assisted us with the nightmare of lost luggage and did everything under the sun to make our stay more enjoyable. I have been in the hospitality business for over 50 years and consider myself a qualified critic who always finds things that can be improved. NOT IN THIS CASE.L’m lookin forward to our return.

A very nice boutique hotel close enough to the city center to walk but far enough away to be in a local neighborhood. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is great and the spa is too.

The breakfast , the spa and the beautiful rooms. But mostly the team of staff working in the hotel who made our stay excellent.
My heart broke on our last morning when a guest had a outburst because there were no omelettes just scrambled eggs. He then danced around the buffet table criticizing the hot sauce that was served. I felt pride when Janet who was overseeing the buffet on that morning as she showed such composure and professionalism under stress.

Good size rooms, good communal areas and lounge. Spa was great. Most of the staff very friendly and helpful. Some good restaurants and wine bars within a few minutes walk.
We had a junior suite with balcony, but woke up to very bad smell in the bathroom resulting in having to change room to one without balcony. Overall happy with the new room, but it would have been easy for the hotel to compensate us in some way, as specifically requested balcony room. There was also no AC available in the room, and whilst it mostly was not needed the room was warm at night and opening window was not really an option due to mosquitos (learned that the hard way). It would also be good to have a kettle in the room as well as the coffee machine.

This hotel is great! My room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. The spa was very pleasant. All the staff, from the reception to the breakfast room staff, was super kind, welcoming, helpful. The location is also great: close to buses and tram, very easy to get to the city center. I would definitely go back!

The room was beautifully designed, blending elegance with comfort. It was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a long day.
One of the highlights was the spa, which offered a serene and relaxing environment. It was the perfect escape to recharge, with excellent facilities that added a luxurious touch to my stay.
Breakfast was another delight—fresh, flavorful, and served in a cozy, inviting space. It felt more like a thoughtful, homemade meal than a typical hotel breakfast.
Palazzo Lorenzo exceeded my expectations in every way. The exceptional service, elegant atmosphere, and thoughtful details made my experience unforgettable. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special stay.

The location was excellent, 20 mins on foot to all attractions. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The spa was perfect and great that it was included in our stay. Bonus!!

There was a blood stain on my bedspread. There was also a mis-understanding regarding spa access which I selected when I purchased. The staff was not understanding and I was very unhappy with my stay.

The room I booked was already highest category before junior suite. I would never book in this hotel if I knew this room in a side house, so I didn’t have to go through the unpleasant experience for three nights, because it’s prepaid and they refused to refund.
Based on the room I had, I really don’t know how this hotel gets four stars. The furnish quality is far away from a four star hotel. The bathroom fan was loud as a machine, the shower sealer was broken and the bed made noise just by sitting down or turning around. There is no restaurant in the property and breakfast options are very limited.
