Beautiful historic building, with lovely furnishings and interior decoration.
Before the pandemic, we stayed in the hotel many times and loved it. This time, the room was cold on the first night, the mattresses are old, hard and uncomfortable, and the breakfast (which used to include savoury items such as eggs, ham and cheese) was good only if you like lots of sweet cereal, pastries and cake (which I don’t).

Spacious and beautiful room. 1st time staying in such a palazzo hotel room and we are glad we tried it. The bathroom is also spacious and clean but the shower temperature is quite difficult to adjust. Breakfast is only pastry mainly. It would be nice to have some hard-boiled eggs and cold cuts at least.
The carpets of the room are very old and dusty.

A very beautiful and clean hotel, located in the historic part of the city. The hotel itself is stunning, making you feel like you are in a palace, and it wonderfully captures the atmosphere of the city.

This hotel was such an amazing surprise! The location was perfect, and the facilities were unique, spotless and beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

The room we had (Room #1) was enormous with 20 foot ceilings and around 1500 sq ft. The walls were frescoed and ceilings very decorative. This is a 15th century building and the rooms seems like those you see in museums. The location was fantastic, close to the city center and even closer to Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace, Boboli Gardens. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the area too.
Being a 15th century building, there are some minor funky-ness to be aware of. There is a tiny elevator but still a handful of steps between that and the reception area. Exiting the inner gate was a little tricky to figure out until you notice the button that is behind you are you exit.
