Wonderful
Breakfast was beautiful and abundant. Quiet yet conveniently located to everything. 15th century building with gorgeous painted ceilings though a hotel only 10 years old. We felt so special and safe. Only a few rooms and it felt intimate and truly perfect.
Nothing was missing.

Huge room with beautiful frescos. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location is excellent with good noise control.
The room was entirely too hot, this is because the air conditioner unit is too small for such a large room with high ceilings. We were there during a heatwave with temperatures of 35-39C. The discomfort affected our sleep. They did change the filter and try to reset it. We are from the U.S but live in very warm cities and keep our homes at 78F.

The room was massive with beautiful frescoes and windows. Bed was large and very comfortable with the tv at its foot. Breakfast was delicious, best croissants we’d had in all Europe! There’s even a gorgeous sitting room for any to use.

It was a large room and nicely appointed.
It was confusing getting in. The staff was less helpful than any other stay on our trip. The room had an odd smell.

The room was really beautiful! As pictured on the website. The bathroom was a great size and I loved the bathtub.
It was lacking a couple bits like an iron in the room and a kettle. The breakfast needs a savoury option as it was too much sugar for us, we’re not used to it so made us feel a bit ill. Over engineered lighting and air con, room was too hot and the air con was quite hard to keep on or bring the temp down. Also mosquitoes in the room so we got bitten quite badly…

The Palazzo Guicciarfini was an amazing stay. I felt like royalty. The property has few rooms so it is quiet and intimate. The rooms are spacious and so beautiful with the historic ceilings. I really loved it, it is such a unique place and atmosphere. The location in Santo Spirito is quieter with fewer tourists, but still close to everything.
I wish the rooms had a small fridge and coffee maker. A few more small conveniences would have made it more comfortable. There was some wine in the room, but no bottle opener. There was hot water available for tea which was appreciated.

I made reservation and informed I was coming with a vehicle. There was no one at the front desk (seems usual for attendants to leave their post), they informed me via WhatsApp they sent someone to take my vehicle to a parking garage, but do not share individual info. A young guy shows up on a scooter and informed me he was there to take my car rental to a garage. When I asked where the vehicle will be stored, only information provided was 5 min away. No location, address, no retrieval ticket, nothing.
I felt SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I reached back to hotel staff via WhatsApp and they never responded again.

This hotel is in a great location, removed from the super busy/touristy areas of Florence. A gorgeous building and our room was breathtaking.
I was offered coffee while we waited for our room to be ready - it was the most horrible, burnt cup of coffee I have ever had in my life.
Our biggest letdown was the bathroom - it was honestly pretty gross. Could see mold on the ceiling as well as near the walls of the shower. Bathroom door was also VERY hard to unlock which was odd. For how expensive the room was, this was disappointing.

You really feel staying in a historical palace. Great location. But, there were many buts...
The area was one big room and a wc. I doubt its 54msq. Read the conditions in detail and carefully. The photos could mislead. The photos are of different suites. There was only 1 big bed, and a couch converted to a noisy bed. If you stay 4 adults, you sleep together. The converted bed was not comfortable. The flush also did not function properly. They even made me sign a document not to throw anything but wc paper.
