The room was really beautiful! As pictured on the website. The bathroom was a great size and I loved the bathtub.
It was lacking a couple bits like an iron in the room and a kettle. The breakfast needs a savoury option as it was too much sugar for us, we’re not used to it so made us feel a bit ill. Over engineered lighting and air con, room was too hot and the air con was quite hard to keep on or bring the temp down. Also mosquitoes in the room so we got bitten quite badly…

The Palazzo Guicciarfini was an amazing stay. I felt like royalty. The property has few rooms so it is quiet and intimate. The rooms are spacious and so beautiful with the historic ceilings. I really loved it, it is such a unique place and atmosphere. The location in Santo Spirito is quieter with fewer tourists, but still close to everything.
I wish the rooms had a small fridge and coffee maker. A few more small conveniences would have made it more comfortable. There was some wine in the room, but no bottle opener. There was hot water available for tea which was appreciated.

From arrival to departure We Loved Every moment of Our Stay at Palazzo Guicciardini.
The Team on Reception are so Welcoming & Helpful, Niccolo, Andrea & Reno were simply Fantastic.
The Rooms are Simply Stunning, absolutely filled with Character & Charm & are impeccably clean. The Area of Santo Spirito is in Our Opinion The Best spot to base Yourself while in Firenze..
We Loved Everything about it. The only bad thing was having to leave..

Lovely property in itself, great location, super quiet, very nice smell when you get to reception - nice diffusers. Friendly and very helpful staff! Enjoyed the view too!
Found it a bit tricky at first to get to the property , I’d include directions and instructions using pictures. But I can quite accept that I was tired after the flight and I was a little tired.

I made reservation and informed I was coming with a vehicle. There was no one at the front desk (seems usual for attendants to leave their post), they informed me via WhatsApp they sent someone to take my vehicle to a parking garage, but do not share individual info. A young guy shows up on a scooter and informed me he was there to take my car rental to a garage. When I asked where the vehicle will be stored, only information provided was 5 min away. No location, address, no retrieval ticket, nothing.
I felt SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I reached back to hotel staff via WhatsApp and they never responded again.

This hotel is in a great location, removed from the super busy/touristy areas of Florence. A gorgeous building and our room was breathtaking.
I was offered coffee while we waited for our room to be ready - it was the most horrible, burnt cup of coffee I have ever had in my life.
Our biggest letdown was the bathroom - it was honestly pretty gross. Could see mold on the ceiling as well as near the walls of the shower. Bathroom door was also VERY hard to unlock which was odd. For how expensive the room was, this was disappointing.
