Everything about this place was so lovely. The view was spectacular and the communication before and during was exceptional. We ended up checking in very late and they were so accommodating. We had a lovely breakfast at the restaurant just down below and being right next to the Duomo was thrilling. Can't say enough good things about this location!

Location could not have been better, literally right across from the Duomo. Large apartment, great views, nicely appointed and staffed.
Only modest downside was that due to location, there were singing groups playing Italian and modern classics as well as street dancing from around 8 or 9pm until 10 or 11pm most nights. While I can't really complain as we were on vacation, it was a bit noisy. The hotel was nice enough to provide earplugs, so it wasn't too bad.

Great location! Very hospitable and welcoming staff. The apartment was spacious and having two bathrooms in our 2BR apartment was awesome. The AC was excellent for June in Florence.
The queen sized bed in one bedroom was not comfortable, but the quality bed linens and pillows made up for the mattress. We had a problem with one shower door which was fixed within two days, but that was half our stay so that was a bummer. Also, there was always a lingering smoke smell in the stairwell coming from the second floor, which can be bothersome for non-smokers.

The lift was so tight. The host was just one cute lady as a receptionist, concierge and everything u may ask which was unsatisfactory sometimes.

The property was steps away from the Duomo and was easy walking distance to shopping and historical parts of the city. They did tidy up everyday.
Even though it was close to things, it was also very loud! We could hear loud music and people hollering and partying till the wee hours of the morning. One night even until 4AM! Also the place and furniture was worn and could have used an upgrade.

Great location and view of the duomo. Nice, big, clean room, and friendly staff.
People party and are noisy to almost midnight down in the plaza and streets, so don’t plan on going to sleep early.

Location. Above all else, the location is simply outstanding.
The view of the Florence Cathedral and the Baptistery of Saint John from the room is something I still haven't forgotten.
The price is also very reasonable considering the location. The apartment itself is incredibly spacious and comfortable—far larger than a typical hotel room. Having two bathrooms was another major advantage, making it much easier for everyone to get ready in the morning.
I also appreciated the security, with a double-locked entrance that made us feel very safe throughout our stay.
On the first night, the electricity stopped working because a circuit breaker had tripped. However, the staff responded very quickly early the next morning and resolved the issue without delay.
The shower area felt surprisingly small compared to the overall size of the apartment.
That said, the overall experience was so positive that this minor inconvenience was easy to overlook. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Staff, location, facilities. Really nice and spacious flat steps away from Florence’s main landmarks, restaurants and shops
Not a big deal for us, but be aware that due to its great location it can be noisy until midnight and from early morning

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was beautiful and located in a prime location. The view from the two balconies were amazing and the apartment was spacious and equipped. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There is a small elevator for those with mobility issues or traveling with heavy bags. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in the heart of Firenze!
