We loved the location plus the balconies overlooking the duomo. It was just fantastic. Staff was very attentive and we liked that we had housekeeping which we were not expecting that. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
Can’t say that there was anything we didn’t like. It’s a beautiful place. If I had to give a negative it would be the living room furniture could use a revamping and the pillows were a bit hard and flat.

Sarah was incredible. She worked with us on a late check in and found a car for us out of the city after our scheduled driver was in an accident and our car service was unable to find another driver. Forever grateful!

We stayed in the three-bedroom, top floor apartment with a terrace/balcony overlooking the Duomo, the Piazza del Duomo, and the Baptistery of San Giavanni. The location was nothing short of outstanding. And the staff were wonderful and welcoming, particularly Antonio, who also helped us book our rooms.
There was nothing not to like.

Location was incredible. Roof top patio over looked the Duomo. Great place to drink wine and watch the sunset. The elevator was great to have while staying on the 7th floor.

This property was exceptionally clean and located in an excellent setting. The shower pressure was the best we experienced during our trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioning was not effective. We were unable to lower the room temperature below 28.7 degrees Celsius. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

We absolutely loved the hotel, our apartment and the location was exceptional! The hotel provided earplugs on our nightstands, but they weren't necessary at all. There is a lot going on in the plaza, but our rooms were quiet and we couldn't have been more comfortable!

The view! I was breathless when I saw the proximity from our window to the Duomo cathedral walls. Unbeatable. Also, the apartment rooms and common area were very large. Great service by the staff as well. Absolutely no complaints.
