The view was amazing, location fabulous. The room was clean and comfortable, nice kitchen area. Welcome wine was nice. Great location, walking distance to everything.
Showers a bit small. Downside of view was noise factor. Didnt bother us, but light sleepers might have problems, but they can close shutters which should solve the problem.

The size and location of the apartment more than met our expectations. The apartment is nicely decorated and very well equipped. They also accomodated our late arrival/check in.

3 Adults in 2 bed/2 bath room (Botticelli room 3rd floor). This is an AMAZING apartment. 2 large windows open across the street from the Duomo and the main plaza. Absolutely stunning. Super large spaces with kitchen, living room, plenty of hot water and 2 large bedrooms. Tall rooms with painted ceilings. The front desk staff were very helpful and on duty from 7am-7pm if you had any questions and this hotel has an elevator.
The a/c is better than some places but with tall ceilings, takes a while to cool the rooms. The bathrooms are compact but were fine. Some minimal street noise in the evenings but was not a problem.

Very nice and helpful staff. The young lady at property was very helpful with some assistance that we needed. Antonio went out of his way to help us get to our taxi. Our apartment was very spacious and right next to the Duomo!
The second bedroom was internal with no windows to outside so very dark and stuffy at times.
