Location was perfect. It is right next to the the duomo and all the major attractions are very close from this location. I would highly recommend this place traveling to Florence.

The location was amazing! Right across from the Duomo. The staff was excellent. They brought up a fan to use in the second bedroom because it lacked a window and was very stuffy. Good for two couples.
Second bedroom had no window (it had an opening into some sort of shaft, but no screen so I couldn’t leave the doors to it open). The bed and pillows in second bedroom were not very comfortable. Very small bathroom in main bedroom (even the doorway was tiny, making it difficult for our larger friends to go in and out).

This was easily my favorite property in Italy, and perhaps in Europe. The staff at Palazzo Gamba were so accommodating and friendly. No need was unmet. The apartment space is absolutely wonderful and the views...the views are so breathtaking. The veranda looks directly over The Duomo, with no obstruction between you and this masterpiece. I cannot say enough about the property. We will come back to Florence, for many reasons, at the top of the list is to stay at this property again.

Beautiful room with views of the Duomo. Literally a few steps from the piazza. Incredible location and view. Sarah and Antonio are great and were incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.

Location was fantastic; right on the Puazza del Duomo, and within walking distance of mist sights. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially with things like taxis. Our room had a washing machine, which was a big plus on a long trip. The room was a good size, and we could spread out and relax
Small elevator and dmalk shower stall. I'm 6' 5" tall, so that was a problem.

The property was amazing. Great views of the Duomo and extremely convenient. We loved how it maintained its old world charm while being updated.
It was very noisy on the street but the property was so kind and provided earplugs.

Rafaello room was simply amazing. Double doors opening out to multiple balconies. One facing steps of Duomo. The street energy created an awesome ambiance. Twenty first birthday celebration for friend's daughter was a success. Thank you Palazzo Gamba.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was amazing and conveniently close to things my friends and I wanted to do and see.
The bathroom size and the AC could be better but thats just being very picky. Overall experience was amazing.
