The room was HUGE and it was an amazingly comfortable space for a big Italian city. The location was perfect. Everything was really close within just a short 5-10 min walk. Absolutely loved it.
Breakfast options could have been a little better, but this is just more of a nit pick. You have your own little Chef that makes you breakfast in the morning if you choose the breakfast option, so that was nice.

Our room was amazing and so clean. All of the facilities including the breakfast room were very well decorated and a pleasure to use. Breakfast wasn't included and was 15 euros per person and could be chosen the night before. We had breakfast 3 times and it was good. The staff were so helpful and I must give special mention to Alessandro who was so helpful and pleasant. The location was walkable from the Santa Maria Novella rail station 10 mins, and very central to all the attractions. We could see the Duomo clearly from our window. We would definitely stay here again.
Nothing. I think a little more choice for breakfast would be nice but no great problem as what was offered was good.

This property was in a perfect, central location but as we were on 3rd floor we felt we were away from the busy streets and square. The room we had was beautifully presented, and much larger than expected. Gorgeous room with a sofa and chair to use and lovely, large bathroom, with high quality toiletries. It was good to be able to open the windows and look down on the square and soak up the atmosphere. Our hosts were very charming, attentive and helpful. We didnt have breakfast but I heard it was good. We just chose to head out and try different places for breakfast. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Excellent location. Easy walk to all the main sights. Loads of good restaurants on your doorstep. Lovely host. Alessandro was excellent, had lots of good recommendations, & was a pleasure to chat to.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The rooms far exceeded our expectations and were big, clean, super comfortable beds and linen and were in a prime location! Couldn't fault it at all and would stay here time and time again. The front of house staff were also incredibly helpful, lovely and personable. Highly recommend staying here when you go to Florence!

Enjoyed everything! Location is perfect - right in the center and everything you want to see is 10-15 minute walk. Staff were so great - cared about our stay, paid attention to our needs, checked in on us, super friendly. Rooms were so spacious and clean and simple and comfy! Breakfast was excellent.

This is a fabulous accommodation. Our room was large and the bathroom was huge. Its in a historic building that has been beautifully restored. The location is ideal - an easy walk to all of the sites. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We loved it.

The hotel was a stone's throw to the Basilica di San Lorenzo in Florence. Our hotel windows opened to the courtyard where artists performed, providing us with a beautiful concert throughout the day.
We have nothing to say regarding dislikes. The room was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, the comforts ... all top notch. We traveled to four cities in Italy and this hotel was the nicest and most comfortable.

This was the perfect location for visiting the museums and famous sights of Firenze. It was an easy 12 minute walk from the train station, even pulling our roller boards. We walked to everything easily. Many restaurants in the area too, as well as the Mercato Centrale which every type of food imaginable and was great for quick lunches. The room was large and the bathroom was large. The windows opened out onto the piazza of the Basilica San Lorenzo which was a perfect view. The breakfast was excellent. It is a very small B&B type hotel, just a few rooms, and very quiet.

Our stay was fantastic! We were in the heart of Florence with everything at our doorstep. The staff were kind and helpful. The bed was a dream and the shower great. Our view was spectacular. We wish we could have stayed longer than our 3 nights.
