The people were kind and helpful every step. The suite was over the top! The location was beautiful and quiet yet very close to everything. I hope to come back .

The grounds were peaceful and beautiful. The interiors were lovely with high end,
modern Italian design. Fellow travelers loved the spa which I didn’t have time to use.
The Hotel is conveniently located and safe but the street is unattractive. Price seemed a bit high.

The hotel was nice, in a good location. The overnight desk attendant on duty Tuesday morning, Oct 14 at 4 am was so incredibly helpful. The taxi I pre booked never came and he called another company and had one there in less than 2 minutes. The desk attendant really went above and beyond for me!
Unfortunately, my view was of the street overlooking the trash cans. I’m sure it would have been a great view on the other side of the building so I would recommend requesting that when you book the room.

Beautiful hotel and gardens in a good location, a short walk away from the historic attractions. The room was spacious, fantastic air conditioning and a fantastic view of the Cathedral.
Staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and the added bonus of the small spa pool was very welcome in the heatwave.
Highly recommend!

A little piece of paradise that always brought a smile to our faces when we walked through the front doors.
Shower doors aren't watertight. Shower and bathroom floors are extremely slippery and are a disaster waiting to happen.

The breakfast was a five-star rating! The breakfast offered so many different varieties that suited several different cultures. The location was perfect, a little off the beaten path, but still close to everything. Everywhere you looked, there were people cleaning. The place was spotless. The room was spacious and had a balcony that overlooked the garden. I highly recommend these accommodations. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. If we return to Italy, we will definitely book this facility again.

Camilla, the best waitress ever! Always smiling, kind, helpful, fast, and always going above and beyond what was expected. It was always a pleasure to see her.
On our last day, we had to leave very early so the hotel packed us a beautiful to-go breakfast.

Lovely spacious clean room with a view of the pool and gardens. The warm spa pool with massage jets and sauna which enjoyed every afternoon. The close proximity to the historical centre of Florence. The charming friendly staff who do everything they can to make your stay perfect.

Very Good
The hotel feels like an oasis in quite a chaotic Florence! The cleanliness is top notch and the whole place smells beautiful. It has calm and peaceful atmosphere. The outdoor space is small but very pleasant. You are within walking distance of all the tourist spots and excellent restaurants. It has a luxurious feel to it.
There was some confusion about the availability and booking of the spa area. Definitely do check this before booking. There is limited use of the pool and spa facilities and they require advance booking.
The road the hotel is situated on is not a particularly nice road but you forget that as soon as you enter the lobby.
At night from approx 10.30pm we could hear the kitchen/restaurant area underneath us being rearranged and the banging was really loud in our room (115) so might be worth requesting a room on a higher floor.
