Executive suit we had was fantastic!
Dinner at the hotel was ok (staff - super!), but we visited other places, upon recommendation of the receptionist, which we were really really tasty
Spa was in renovation which we did not know when booking…

The breakfast was a five-star rating! The breakfast offered so many different varieties that suited several different cultures. The location was perfect, a little off the beaten path, but still close to everything. Everywhere you looked, there were people cleaning. The place was spotless. The room was spacious and had a balcony that overlooked the garden. I highly recommend these accommodations. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. If we return to Italy, we will definitely book this facility again.

Camilla, the best waitress ever! Always smiling, kind, helpful, fast, and always going above and beyond what was expected. It was always a pleasure to see her.
On our last day, we had to leave very early so the hotel packed us a beautiful to-go breakfast.

Nice location, large room and excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. They did what they could to accommodate us and be helpful with our daughter.
The heating system was strange, we tried setting a colder temperature but it always seemed hot. The fridge was also inconsistent, one day it simply stopped working and we had to discard some foods inside. But the strangest was the doors of the bathrooms on suite - all made with glasses. So no one could use it discretely and wherever you were in the room you could see what others using the toilets. The rules for pool usage with kids could also have been previously disclaimed on the description.

Palazzo Castri is my go-to hotel in Florence. Just a short walk from the train station, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is polite and helpful, the restaurant is excellent and the jacuzzi pool is a wonderful place to relax after a long day of walking around the city.

Staff were excellent: very friendly and efficient. Great service. Bathroom was quite small but everything worked. Bedroom was very warm and we found it difficult to regulate the heat. Overall it’s a very good experience.
