Staff were excellent: very friendly and efficient. Great service. Bathroom was quite small but everything worked. Bedroom was very warm and we found it difficult to regulate the heat. Overall it’s a very good experience.
Room temp control, softer mattress/pillows.

Loved the spa. Amazing place to relax after a long day touring Florence! Wonderful staff. Terrific breakfast. Fantastic dinner. Beautiful garden. Amazing views of the rooftops of Florence.

Very helpful, friendly staff we felt well looked after.
Location good for all attractions.
Spa was a calming oasis in a busy city.
Too noisy on street side to open window. But windows kept any noise out & did not spoil comfort.
Try & book spa side of hotel for more relaxing experience.
