Excellent location and the views from the two rooftop decks were amazing.

Our stay was beyond superior. The staff could not have do e anything more for us. You really need to experience Pala,zo Capponi alle Rovinate. The Palazzo is 1000+ years old with some of original work. Perfect easy location. We will be back. Bed was great, kitchen Perfect, bathroom good again can't say enough wonderful things. Florence was Our middle stop after Rome before Venice. Capponi was the top!mille grazie

Great staff on site to help out and give advice. Building has great history. Very large space and nicely updates for modern comfort.
Furnishings were a bit dated and tired. The place could use a little attention on things like lighting.

Lovely apartment- lovely neighborhood - excellent location. Great restaurants and a grocery store nearby.
The late night revelers were a bit noisy outside on Saturday night but that’s not the properties fault.

If you want to feel like you're in traditional elegant Florence and close to everything you want to see, this place is for you. We loved the architecture of the Palazzo Capponi including the high ceilings with frescos and tall doors and windows. The interior was delightful with comfortable and stylish furniture, interesting art and objects. We appreciated the tea, coffee and other accoutrements as well as the Nespresso-maker. We arrived quite late in the evening so we appreciated the reception organising for late check-in with explicit instructions. Would recommend and stay here again.
Our only complaint would be about the big and hard pillows on the bed. We ended up using chair cushions with the pillow cases on them.

The apartment was perfect for two couples. It was nice to have a living area and kitchen. We wish we could have stayed longer. It also was in a good location for walking to sites and restaurants we wanted to visit while not being in too busy and noisy of an area. They also have a luggage room and allowed us to store luggage after checkout while we did another museum visit before leaving the city. Communication was good and the host very helpful. It was neat to stay in a historic building with a room that was up-to-date and clean. The waters in the room were appreciated.

Unbeatable, spectacular location in Florence, that's the best part. Also, a very comfortable living room and well supplied kitchenette and large fridge. A very clean unit.
There are almost no windows at all in this unit, which is rather jarring if you're not expecting it. The bed fell apart a couple times (we were able to fix it) and the bathroom is super tiny.

It was a fantastic location away from the noise and the hustle of the city but a mere two block walk away from the Ponte Vecchio. Easy to get in and out. Super clean little apartment. Comfortable bed. Great modern bathroom. Well appointed kitchen and living room. Well priced. This place was a home run for us.

The entire place is an old Palace right on the river and within 5 mins of Ponte Vecchio. There are permanent residences as well as the rental. Our apartment was totally renovated and had a new and beautiful interior. A very large apartment with washer and drying rack. Minutes walk to market and restaurants. Location, location, location!
