Fabulous location and gorgeous building. Easy to walk to central Florence . Very comfortable and well styled.
The toilet was difficult to flush, took a little bit to work out.

The building and the apartment are a stunningly beautiful mix of historic and modern. The location, directly across the river from the main tourist sites and in close proximity to Florence's best restaurants, is absolutely perfect. There is a concierge on site who gave us the keys and helped us bring our bags up one flight of stairs to the apartment. The concierge was also helpful when calling for a taxi.
Minor, but could have used some additional towels.

The location was amazing. The view from the living room sofa and from the terraces was just fantastic, with uninterrupted views of the Ponte Vecchio and across the old city. We enjoyed great sunsets! This is a very quirky property in a very old large building full of character. The apartment is set across 3 floors inside and 2 floors outside, with narrow winding stone and metal stairs. There's an antique tiny lift to the 3rd floor of the building then some narrow stone steps up to the apartment door. Very interesting place to stay, but I'd be wary if your mobility is a bit limited or you're of a larger build. Location was very convenient for the main sights of the old town, just across the river from the Uffizi and a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio. There are plenty of restaurants close by, and also a supermarket just down the road. The bedroom was spacious, quiet and peaceful, with a very comfortable bed and a separate large dressing room, which was great for storing our belongings and packing.
The only TV was in the bedroom, whereas we would have preferred it in the living room. However, the view from the living room was great compensation and we didn't have the TV on much anyway. A minor point - provision of kitchen roll or napkins would have been helpful, especially as we spent a lot of time negotiating the stairs with food/drinks.

Stairs to the rooms. Would like a lift. Car service from train, airport.

Good
The location was perfect. Walking distance to all the museums and many restaurants. We even had a lovely gelato shop and adorable coffee shop right outside the hotel.
The ability to find help on the weekend. The toilet seat broke and we had to wait to talk to them about it. It never got resolved the whole time we were there. The hotel is undergoing renovations so it was understandable but inconvenient when it had to be used. The room also had a strong gassy smell. Almost like the room had not been opened in a while. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel is so adorable and fashionable that it really didnt bother us too much.

2 couples staying in a 2 bedroom, 2 ensuite bathroom flat. Plenty of room, nicely decorated and furnished, good facilities, for example a nespresso coffee machine which was appreciated even though there are plenty of good takeout places nearby. The location is ideal as it is 2 minutes walk to the ponte vecchio, which leads you to the beautiful heart of historic Florence /Firenze.
There is a helpful and friendly member of staff on site twice a day.
Such a lovely atmospheric building to stay in, you feel you are staying in an authentic but well converted palazzo, which indeed you are!
Nothing not to like

Very Good
Great communication and staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful building, very spacious apartment and loved the decor. Very clean and well equipped. In walking distance to some great restaurants and coffee shops.
We stayed in the Superior Apartment. Sounds through the wall at night in the bedroom were quite loud at times. Very tight shower space.
Its worth mentioning that Booking.com advertise this apartment as 130sqm but on enquiry (after our booking was made) was advised the apartment was in fact approx 100sqm. While more than big enough for 2 people, 30sqm is a significant difference.

It was beautiful and the view of the Arno river was amazing.
Amenities like paper towels, kleenex, shampoo, shower gel, etc. would have been nice. Also, only 4 coffee pods for 3 people for 6 mornings.

The apartment was massive! Had all the facilities you needed. It was very quiet but in a good location only 10 minutes to most attractions. It also had beautiful views of the Arno River.
The bed was a little uncomfortable.
