Wonderful
Nice. Large. Authentic historic Florence apartment.
A little noisy, but not bad.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable property. The AC worked great and we enjoyed having use of a washing machine.
Nothing - it was all perfect.

This apartment offers some of the most spectacular views in Florence. The private rooftop terrace provides a breathtaking 360-degree panorama of the city's skyline and was easily one of the highlights of our stay.
The location is excellent—just a short walk from Ponte Vecchio and surrounded by countless restaurants, cafés, and bars, while still being remarkably quiet at night. The building feels very secure.
The apartment spans three levels, but don't let the stairs discourage you. Unless you have mobility limitations, they are very manageable. To reach the apartment, there is also a small elevator available; however, it is tiny and not suitable for very large suitcases.
The apartment is well equipped with a full kitchen, washing machine (no dryer), and air conditioning in every room. It also features a very large walk-in closet.
There are a few areas where small improvements would make a big difference. The apartment lacks convenient places to hang clothes or towels, especially in the bathroom, where a few hooks would be very helpful.
It's amazing to think that this is a 500-year-old building. The owners have done an excellent job renovating it while preserving its historic character and giving it a modern feel.
Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay with an unbeatable combination of location, tranquility, security, and unforgettable views. We would happily stay here again.
Needs more places to hang things and store clothing.

Excellent location.
The rooms were tired but nostalgic. Large suite of rooms for an apartment

The old Palazzo is clean, relatively unadorned, quiet and spacious. Our room had a window overlooking the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio. Beds were comfortable with nice bedding. The bathroom was clean and new. Small but well equipped kitchen (which we did not use as we were too busy enjoying Florentine restaurants). Cute old elevator. Great neighborhood. Felt almost like locals.
No soap or shampoo in bathroom. We brought our own but remember to bring.

We like to rate at highest possible mark confirming our choice. Excellent property in the historic palace on the other side of Arno river opposite to Uffizi. From the very first minute you start to fill yourself as part of the great Florence history, you belong to it, everything to visit is nearby. Very convenient concierge service at the entrance for check in/ check out and daily requests if needed. Huge apartment with excellent sleeping arrangements and kitchen for daily use if needed, two restrooms and washer in the one of them. During the daytime there is the priceless option to entry/exit the building using the main door facing the Arno.
Shower is out of the league for such a beautiful apartment. It’s small, drainage is not working properly and it’s not safe enough. The floor of the shower cabin is slippery, there are no any safety bars.

Comfortable bed, lots of room,Washer, exquisite ceilings!
Lack of luggage rack, lack of extra necessities in the kitchen, i.e. dish towel, trash bags
Places to put personal clothing out of suitcases, etc., was lacking

Wonderful
Great location in the White area, across the Arno. Quiet but not too quiet. Also an iconic facility. Very modern with a distinct Renaissance vibe.
It was a little cool for temperature. Also I couldn’t find a hair dryer. These are small complaints however. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at Palazzo Capponi! Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, out of the way of tourist areas. The room was well kept, neat, and ample room! The folks with the concierge were terrific and helpful, even helping us to book a taxi for a 3:45am pick up. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Everything! This was our second stay at Palazzo Capponi, for a few days more than the first time. We love this apartment. Perfect location, it has everything you could want in it, and the staff are exceptional. I'm sure we'll be returning again.
Absolutely nothing.

Wonderful
Excellent location and the views from the two rooftop decks were amazing.
The flat we had is a bit chopped up, but that was noted in the description -- just took some getting used to.

Great staff on site to help out and give advice. Building has great history. Very large space and nicely updates for modern comfort.
Furnishings were a bit dated and tired. The place could use a little attention on things like lighting.

Lovely apartment- lovely neighborhood - excellent location. Great restaurants and a grocery store nearby.
The late night revelers were a bit noisy outside on Saturday night but that’s not the properties fault.
