Francesca and Valeria were wonderful hosts. The place was beautiful and comfortable. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities. It was in walking distance of many places we wanted to see as a tourist.
Maybe check out the smell coming from the ground floor and up through the stairwell. Not a deal breaker but something for the owner to be mindful of.

Location. Owner’s representative met at property and we were able to check in early. Also able to accommodate us for extra day because of flight cancellations.

Very nice location, host and a nice amenities. The welcome was quite straight forward and the host was really responsive. My parents and I really enjoyed our stay.
Parking with the hotel would have been nice but I can understand it being in a padestrian zone however the interior and the services were spectacular.

The location was great and quiet bc it overlooked an inner courtyard. The ceilings were high, spacious, super Italy vibes. The hosts were AMAZING. One of the hosts lives in the same building which can be convenient if you need anything. They were available all the time, helped us get transport and checked in with us daily. There is daily cleaning for the apartment which was nice. Super clean. Great location, literally right across from Accademia Gallery.
Elevator was super slow but the fact the property had one was great. Strong moldy smell in the shower.

Great location. Very roomy and comfortable apartment. Very friendly and flexible host.
Just that the elevator is small and was a bit of a challenge for our wheelchair user but we made it work.

The host Francesca was amazing and helped me with all and any issues I had. The room is very spacious and well kept. The location is also prime given that its right in front of the Galleria DellAcademia. Also very quiet at night.
There were some complications with the shower heater and Francesca was very helpful with that. There is also an inconvenience if you plan to go there by car. The road to the apartment was under construction and the alternative route was in ZTL so mind that.
