Francesca was lovely and always available to provide advice and support. The room was perfect and very spacious and they made it up everyday which was a nice surprise. There is a little fridge in the room as well as tea and coffee facilities so it was convenient.
The apartment is about 15mins from the station and a bit further to the main areas, but that was fine. There is also a tram stop about 7mins walk away. The building has a luggage lift too, which was convenient to get the suitcases upstairs. Thanks Francesca!

Beautifully appointed and spacious room. Very comfortable bed and seating area. Triple glazed windows were excellent soundproof from the traffic and air conditioning was great in the unseasonal heat. An oasis of calm after the frantic overcrowding of the centre of the city. An easy 20 min walk into the tourist hub.

Most comfortable stay on our two week journey. We needed to rest and we caught up on our sleep! Spacious and clean. Nicely decorated rooms and plenty of space. Paolo the owner was very nice. Location was on a quiet street. Lift for bags.

Very nice and comfy room, well located, and Francesca was an excellent host who did everything possible to improve our stay. We also had a delicious breakfast one morning served to us in the room, which we really enjoyed.

The host was lovely and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location was just out of the main tourist hub, but still within easy reach.
The floor was made of historic parquet pieces that creaked loudly when walking on it, so there was no moving about in a quiet manner. The location was just a little further from the train station than I realized; it would have been nice to know that I could have caught the tram and made my walk easier (we did that upon departure).

From the day of arrival, Paolo the owner host is very very accommodating. He went out of his way from translation, to taxi, car rental, and best local recommendations on his favorite restaurants. Amenities like a chilled bottle of Italian Prosecco was not expected but most appreciated. local made crackers and Italian chocolates were also part of the amenities. Very personable and warm, Paulo generally cares for his guests and well-being. we highly recommend Opera boutique when traveling to Florence.

old building, well maintained and upgraded. clean and tidy, always smells amazing. all amenities are available. the hosts are amazing, friendly and respectful. they made the experience more enjoyable.
location is a bit far but manageable. if you wish to be in a quieter area than the center than look no further than this amazing hotel
