It’s an Italian thing but pillows and bed were hard , compared to other countries, they invest in a comfortable bed and pillows!

Loved the staff. Alberto at the front desk is an absolute star. Full of life and smiles-he gave us great tips and suggestions.

I had to make a last minute pivot and find lodging for my elderly parents b/c my son was sick and my father is immune compromised. I made the reservation the same day my parents checked-in and the staff was amazing. They were so responsive, helpful, and kind. They arranged a taxi for my parents and helped them with their bags. The location was ideal for us.
This is for Florence in general, buildings and roads are not made for the elderly. My parents are mobile, but there are a lot of stairs and a tiny elevator for two 86yo people.

Quirky vintage vibe hotel which was lovely and the staff were brilliant. Would strongly recommend and plan to go back to Italy very soon.
