Room lighting was poor.
Breakfast was good.
I made a mistake in booking NH Firenze because I thought I was booking NH Collection located nearer the Duomo. But we quickly adjusted.

The room size was great and it has been recently refurbished. It is a 3min walk to the tram, which is 2 stops away from the city centre and all the main tourist sites.

Wonderful
The facilities were great, and the rooms were spacious, very clean, and modern with nice interiors. The staff were friendly, and it was very convenient to have a porter help with the luggage. The location was also nice — just a 2-minute walk from the river, and about 5–7 minutes to the tram, which is only one stop from the main station. Getting around was easy.
The parking fees were quite expensive ( 40 euro per day ) so we had to park farther away.

Wonderful
Large rooms, clean, big bathroom, helpful staff (took the time to draw on a map), large and comfy beds, pool was nice. Dinner and cocktails were good with a nice view. Surprised with champagne for our Honeymoon. GREAT SUNSET
Barely a negative but a bit of a walk to main area, but that's not bad if you don't mind walking 15 mins or hiring bikes.

The hotel is surrounded by fragrant jasmine and conveniently located across the street from a tram station. We stayed in a superior double room with extra bed. The extra bed is a pull-out couch that was very comfortable for a petite gal. The bathroom was very spacious for 3 people and the hotel provides Nuxe brand toiletries. The shower is open style that gets water everywhere if you're a splashy shower taker.
The AC was not working at the end of night 1, which was unpleasant for a summer day in Florence. We informed the front desk who explained that maintenance will look into the issue. It was unresolved at the end of night 2, at which point the front desk transferred us to an equivalent room with no issue.

I usually like NH hotels, but Firenza hotel
was very disappointing.
First, The Shower door did not close tight that the bathroom floor was very wet after a shower. I told the front desk twice, but never fixed it until I left.
Also, my son was bitten by a bed bug.
We found out it was a bed bug after we left the hotel because my son’s hand was swollen. I caught a little bug middle of the night when I woke up to go to a bathroom on fabric head board which I never saw before. I thought that it was a bug that came through a balcony because I left the door open for a while.
Then I realized that it was a bed bug
after I saw a my son’s hand.
When I checked on google search, it was a bed bug that I killed.

I had a room in front of the "Grande Roue" of Firenze. My room was so big with a chair, a welcome drink, a mini bar full of drinks which was free (it's important to me to say it because I went to an hotel previously and they give me one bottle of 50cl for two people and they said I need to buy water if I need more! It's nonsense as I paid more than in your hotel). I like everything in my room. A double sink, shower and bath so you can choose how you want to take a shower.
The breakfast was various and everything I like.
Location was great as the hotel is 10 minutes away from the train station with tramway.
I had everything I needed In my room so I don't know what you can improve but I'll now stay more in NH collection hotel for sure

Standards have fallen drastically
They moved us rooms because of the air/con not working
The room was dark and the bed was made up of two singles which did not coincide
Lighting in the room was also mediocre

The staff was helpful, the room is big enough and very comfortable.
Even if we set up the air conditioner it wasnt working properly, the room was cold at night.
The breakfast could be better with more options as the hotel is big.
