Location was perfect, in the middle of the city a walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good. The family room I booked was spacious with a window overlooking the main pedestrian street. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.
Nothing I did not like. Everything was good at the hotel. Even parking was arranged with the garage to collect and deliver as the hotel located in a Traffic Zone limitation area.

Excellent location, easily walkable to multiple tourist sites, wonderful restaurants at different price points, and shopping options. Staff was lovely, very helpful with directions and transport. Room was clean, super comfortable beds/sheets. Overall our family enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
The bathrooms for the junior suites was very small. Breakfast could have more hot/savory options.

Location
They were quite understaffed. Check in time was taking too long. Turn down time was too late and bellboys get annoyed easily. We had several luggages since we were a big group, but bellboys we’re easily annoyed. One of the rooms given to us had leaks from the ceiling in the restroom where we had to change rooms almost in the middle of the night. Lastly their reception button call redirects you to a private number where the person on call got mad.

Fantastic breakfast so much choice but also if there is something you want they will get it from the kitchen.
It would have been nice to have a lounge area there are a few seats in the lobby and that’s it.
