The staff were exceptional, polite, kind and informative. The breakfast was very good with a complete range of items to suit all tastes. The common areas were immaculate and tastefully decorated with a lovely traditional Italian ambience.

Very Good
The location is fabulous and the rooms are spacious and nice, the issue with our room is that the windows open on the back street where people walk and are extremely noisy.
Maybe the service at the breakfast was not up to expectations, if you need something i.e simply a spoon they will keep you waiting and you have to ask again! Other than that the front desk staff are extremely helpful and kind.

The property is exquisite, a beautifully restored and authentic hotel with ex Ellen’s staff. Breakfast was delicious and served in rooms with lovely stained glass lead light windows
