This is probably one of the best value for money quality hotels in Florence. Spa is also fantastic and rivals more expensive establishments
Its on the edge of city, but still within walking distance.
I believe that this is less of an issue for the apartments, but our room was right on the breakfast room, which meant that we got woken up early in the morning. There was also an ant problem in the bathroom.

It was convenient to where we needed it to be and it accommodated the 5 of us. The shower was amazing and so was breakfast!
The doors were very hard to unlock, but that was the only thing.

We had room 6, which was a separate building / villa in the grounds. Huge amount of space the kids slept in literally a different part of the villa! Spa was really nice.
Its 20-25 min walk from the centre. Not really an issue.

Having a pool and the hot tub was great
No bar to sit at during the evening. The majority of staff were not interested in ensuring guests were happy. The exception was the female on reception who was very polite and accommodating.

Clean, bed was comfortable and I was able to use air conditioning to cool down the room.
I did not love the location of the hotel or the room itself. The location is far from the city centeryes you can walk it but it is far from the activity. The room I stayed in was on the basement of a separate building. I was by myself and slightly creeped out. But it was fine lol, I did survive! I did not use the spa services but they did look very nice!

OMG this place is truly amazing and beautiful, since the moment you walk in you feel like youre in heaven, so clean, beautiful, peaceful. Breakfast is great, service is amazing, front desk staff are awesome. This place is very close to train station and about 10 minutes walking to the center. Very very nice place. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. For us was a great experience, Ill definitely be back again.

I liked the room, which was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, spoke good english, and were very flexible in regards to making minor adjustments (getting the car 1h later for example).
I specifically did not like the fact that so many amenities were extras: parking the car was 25euros per day, access to the pool was also about 50 euros (except for one free hour you get with the stay), while renting the jacuzzi costs around 60 euros for 45 minutes. I absolutely hate it when I have to look over the fine prints of a service in order to see that the facilities they advertise are actually not included in the price. Especially when the price of the stay was already about 60 to 70 percent higher when compared to other stays in the same area, offering the same amenities (excluding the extra, for-charge ones). I have noticed a trend in Italy whereby something is advertised at a reasonable price for the facilities they present, but then costs keep piling up from fine-prints and messages informing the costumer.

The place was fantastic. Apartment was fully equipped for my family of 5! The possibility to go to the spa and swimming pool with kids was definitely a plus!
Walking distance to restaurants and city center.
Stuff was fabulous, specially the ladies on the breakfast room!
