- Located between the main train station and The Duomo. - Clear communication prior to arrival, with great instructions on how to check in, etc. - Quiet location and rooms good for a couple. - Breakfast voucher for NAB Cafe 5mins walk down the same street. Great breakfast offering there, my favourite part of the day
Only thing would be to have an alternative option to gain entry from the street if you're unable to call the automated number that unlocks the front door (phones die, can't get signal to call, lost phone, etc). This could be a pin code or alternate number to call.

Location was great, room was great too. Very spacious. Just a 5 or 8 min walk to main attractions.
The hair dryer and wall plug in restroom in room #3 did not work. I wasn't going to contact management at 0500 in the morning. Good thing I brought my own hair dryer and used the plug in the bedroom that didn't have a mirror. I parked my personal vehicle in city garage but was not able to leave at 0600 because city garage does not open until 0700, so we were delayed.

Clean , comfortable , and quiet . A 15 minute walk to most tourist sites. The apartment we stayed in had very narrow, twisty stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. It was no problem for us, but might be a challenge for some .

The room was excellent - it was spacious, clean, and got everything I needed. They also provided various selection of teas and coffee (including coffeemaker inside the room). the room is cleaned everyday and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. they let me store my luggage after check out so it was very convenient.
I love the big window in the room but in the morning you can hear noises from cleaning vehicles out in the street.

We loved the location since its away from the party scene and easy to sleep in. We were close enough to walk to everything, even the train station. It was super clean. The supermarket is within a blocks walk.
Nothing to think of that we didnt like.

the host of the apartment, not too sure if the owner or manager was a gentlemens
he helped us with our bags, and gave us a guided tour of the map with some great things to do around Florence
locations was great and a 2 minute walk away from the metro
the room we had was a little small but other than that it was a great stay

nice location, good decoration, comfortable bed.
this place isnt a hotel or an airbnb or an apartment. The reception isnt really open unti6pm. They disrupt your peace by coming and servicing rooms. They expect you to whatsapp them for communication.
Avoid room 6 - there are 4 aircon units outside the window so you cant sleep with the window opendue to the noise.

Location was perfection as were the hosts ! The kitchen was set up absolutely perfect for our needs....we were site seeing and eating out so only required coffee, fridge and minimal kitchen set up...although the hosts provided kitchen essentials. This will be our return spot when we come back to Florence next Spring!
The only suggestion would be (and it may not be able to be fixed) is the water pressure when the two showers or the dishwasher is on simultaneously....just something to know but not a big deal! The stairs to the upper level might benefit from grips on the treads...a bit slippery.....

Room was lovely, very clean and good size. They provided tea, coffee and biscuits. Location was amazing, very central, close to shops, cafe, restaurants and the main station.
