The hostel is well located close to the central station. I stayed in a quite big room with enough space to all 6 people that were sleeping there. It was a great surprise to find basic breakfast items such as jam, milk and bread for free at the hostel's kitchen.
The rooms, walls and furniture are too white. It would be nice to see more personality at hostel, nice pictures, colorful doors and better signs to identify the beds and the lockers.

Super great location in an incredibly walkable city. Very high value for the location. The staff was incredibly friendly and the bathrooms were clean. There was a shared kitchen, and individual lockers that could fit a small carry on suitcase.
Be prepared for the standard experiences with hostel living. I had great roommates and everyone was friendly. Not at all the fault of this hostel, but there were some drunk girls who loudly banged their bags down 3 flights of stairs at 3am. Bring ear plugs. Rooms were a little small but totally manageable.

Amazing staff. Offered coffee and biscuits while going through the check in process. Gave a guide on a map for places of interest in Florence. The kitchen is well stocked, not that I had personally used it.
Very expensive. Location is good, being half way between the train station and the city centre. There is a social area, but it's out of the way. There a kitchen but no proper dining area.

The owner and staff are extremely helpful and nice. They were extremely helpful in getting around the city and making reservations. The old building has been restored and redesigned. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. They have thought of everything in the kitchen, food ingredients, milk, pasta, tea, coffee, eggs, everything is free for travelers with little money. And I was very surprised when I saw this for the first time in a hostel. They are really generous people. It just seemed a little strange that there were no keys in the rooms, I think people staying in the room should be given keys. It's a pleasant 15-minute walk from the big square and the cathedral. I was just a little bit cold, it was very cold and the air conditioning was not enough because the building was on the ground floor. The beds are not very comfortable, my back hurt a little. Only the girls' building is much more comfortable.. But still, thank you very much to everyone, they are really trying hard to please you. I wish you good work Feyza from Trkiye

Lisa and the staff were great and so helpful The place is clean and tide, having free food to cook and a very well prepared kitchen is a plus for sure! Location is great as well Safestay for girls !
