This is an absolutely fabulous oasis in the heart of Florence. The garden is a lovely refuge to the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel is like a gorgeous villa beautifully appointed in lovely antiques. I would stay here again in an instant. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was delightful.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our room was large and charming. Breakfast was delicious. Great location - walking distance to all the great shopping and food. We had the most amazing time
Bed was a bit hard - but beds were hard everywhere in Europe. No complaints otherwise

Excellent Breakfast, Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned twice a day. Perfect location.
There was building work going on during our stay, which we didn't know about. The rooms were small.
