This spacious and beautifully appointed apartment was the perfect place for my first-ever visit to Florence. Modern kitchen, art-inspired living room and bathroom and a simply stunning view from the picture window of the Piazza Della Signoria. Packed with interesting people and tour groups day and night, there was never a dull moment. Easy walking to the Uffizi Gallery, the Academia, the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio, plus cafes, bars, restaurants...it's all there! The apartment is managed by a nearby hotel; that's where you pick up and leave your keys. A word of advice: arrange your cab or Uber prior to your departure - private cars aren't allowed in the square, so you need to make arrangements ahead of time if you need a ride early in the a.m. or very late at night!
I thought the bed was excessively firm. But really, everything else was GREAT!

The location and the view are perfect. Spacious apartment. Love the lift! Like stepping back in time.
It has to have a raised table and chairs just to be able to sit and enjoy the view! It was a shame it didn’t that is a bit unforgivable.

We loved the accommodations, which overlooked Piazza Della Signoria. You can see all of the activities going on in the square, including free musical performances from the apartment.
It was centrally located, which made it easy to dine and shop. It was close to Uffizzi and Ponte Vecchio.
The hotel and staff were wonderful from start to finish.
Everything was fabulous. The management and staff were very accommodating. They went out of their way to help my husband who had a recent foot surgery. They secured taxis and made sure that our bags were transported easily without my husband having to lift them.
We really appreciate everyone who helped us from your hotel. You were all so amazing! Thank you again!

The place was a great location, within walking distance of many restaurants, tours, and museums and the three tenors.
The place was clean and very spacious.
You have to go to the hotel to pick up the key, they send you over to the piazza in a cab and a porter brings you bags, but it worked well.
The Piazza at night is beautiful,
I am 80 years old, walk with a cane, and have difficulty managing stairs, so I make sure the places state they have an elevator.
They should be more specific regarding the elevator, it says it has an elevator to the upper floors, which is does, but it it the steep 16 stair stairway you need to manage to get to the elevator was rather trying at times.

The location was perfect, overlooking the Piazza della Signoria, but still very quiet at night. We loved watching life on the Piazza, and listening to the bells of the Duomo in the mornings.

1. Location is perfect. Close to Uffizi and other prime tourist spots. 2. The hotel staff was accommodating for our breakfast needs as we are vegan.

Fabulous spacious apartment in a great location to get to all the main attractions easily on foot. Overlooks a square which is busy and full of life but the soundproofing does mean you aren’t disturbed.

It reminded us that a good hotel and fabulous staff are better than an anonymous air b&b. The bed linen, towels, great mattress and hotel touches were evident everywhere. The staff were amazing. It was the perfect place to celebrate a fiftieth. Location and views breathtaking. Apartment beautifully furnished.

The staff was wonderful and so was the location. The apartment was clean and really large for Italy.
The only downside was the bed. It was super hard. Like sleeping on a rock!
