It’s a cozy place, super clean. The attendance service was exceptional. The breakfast is wonderful.
The heater in the bedroom seems not to be enough for the attic room.

Good size room with four beds in one room, perfect for our young family. Great location, very nice people and really helpful suggesting best places to visit and how to get around the city. Great breakfast kids loved it!
On the first night the bunked beds were a little noisy, this was resolved very quickly with a small piece of cardboard to stop the rattling.

Interesting small hotel close to central station and city center. Parking can be challenging depending on season and time, guests allowed to park on white markings for residents. Very friendly staff and madam Nadia is awesome. Typical Italian breakfast which is enough to start a day.
Someone might say hotel needs a renovation but atmosphere means more on my opinion.

Great location, within walking distance to the city centre and along the Arno river.
Very quiet place, lovely breakfast, super friendly staff
Only thing I didn't love was the shower (in bathtub) that was not super comfortable.

What I most liked was the attention and caring, for sure. Mia Palace made me feel at home.
The room was big, with an amazing comfortable bed, a huge wardrobe and a mini fridge.
The bathroom was also really big, had towels, shampoo, soap and a hairdryer too. The heating was always on (i believe), making the room warm and cozy. We also had a beautiful view to the Rio Arno.
The breakfast was amazing, there were coffee, juice, cornettos, lots of cakes and pastries options, bread, eggs, yogurt and fruits… full of options, and even though we couldn’t eat much (because of dietary restrictions), they had gluten-free options all prepared for me and my mom.
I would and will recommend this place to anyone that wants to feel at home, it was really calm and the people were friendly. Nadia also recommended places to go and to eat. Perfect. Perfect.
