The breakfast was really good quality and freshness, staff were nice and made cappucino on request; staff pre check in sent an email with interesting places to visit and a breakfast place to eat before check in in afternoon
USB sockets are pretty standard things for years even in older hotels, had to buy myself a charger.

It is clean and located very well. The staff are so helpful and responsive. Amazing breakfast!
It is very small rooms do not fit for family. There is heavy toilet smell in the corridors and elevator

The location is perfect. Directly opposite a tram stop and only a few minutes walk to the main station. Easy to get to and from airports.
Rooms are a bit basic but nice all the same.
Beds and pillows were super comfy, and towels fresh and fluffy.
Breakfast is a bit of a letdown. Popular items ran out and took ages to be refilled, if at all….
The eggs and bacon were not kept hot. By the time you’ve found a plate which was also stone cold, your hot food items were luke warm at best by the time you’ve got back to your table.
Finding a waitress was never easy if you wanted anything. Even ordering a coffee was a hassle.
Just get A decent coffee machine rather than waitress service.
Breakfast was not good and needs improvement.
The outside balcony lights are also very bright red LED strips which can’t be witched off from your room or by the hotel staff. They are on dusk till dawn !!!

Room had lots of problems from the start : toilette bowl started on its own in the middle of the night . Plug to make tea didn’t work for four nights in spite of my notification to front desk , insects on my bed sheets, no facial tissues available, needed to use toilet paper to remove makeup. Door to my room was terribly hard to open for a day but much improved after technician fixed it . Best part were the young ladies working at the small bar in the afternoon and at breakfast . Best at reception was Christian : efficient , kind and very knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile to help me .

Great location, close to public transport. Staff were really lovely & helpful. Lovely pool area, and offered a good few days of R&R in the middle of a travelling holiday.
Staff came into the room when we were napping. Easy accident, however they removed the key (in their panic I think) which meant we lost access to electricity until we went to reception to get a new keycard. An annoyance more than anything.
