Locations was good, ideal for the train station. Breakfast was excellent.
Over priced, no complimentary water in the rooms and spa is just ok. The room was a reasonable size, although as soon as we opened the door the side table hits off it and you have to move it to get in, not worth the money. I assume they charge more due to having the spa(which isnt complete).

The facilities of the property are very nice. The rooms are spatious, bathrooms in them as well. Staff of the hotel is very helpful.
Hotel WiFi is terrible, half of the time it didnt work in our room.
Breakfast was a minor letdown because of how much the other comments hyped it up. It kind of has too many sweet options and not enough saulty ones.
The room doesnt have a mosquito net on the windows (weird for a 4-star hotel), so if you want to open your windows youd better plug in the mosquito poison which is provided in your room.

The location was excellent.
Having to pay for robes if using spa. Other alternative was to walk through hotel wearing room towels which i was not prepared to do. It wasn't so much the fee but the principle! Considering the additional cost to stay in a spa hotel the use of the robes should have been included. Also it was supposed to be an exclusive private experience but we had workmen working on what looked like an additional spa area who could see clearly into the area even when we were sat in the dry sauna. And watch out for the lethal steps going into plunge pool!

Convenient location close to the train station and bus stations (meeting point for many day tours from Florence). All the pastry and breakfast waffles were super delicious!

The location is good - very close to the Central station and the city center. The hotel is clean and the rooms are a good size.
I chose the hotel for my birthday but.. There is no good aspiration at the hotel - we were at the third floor and every morning we woke up because of the smell of becon and eggs from the kitchen. The breakfast is very poor for this category hotel. There are no basic supplies in the bathroom like conditioner, cotton buds, cleaning tampons and e.t. Also for me it is ridiculous to pay an additional charge if you want to use the SPA.. when you booked a spa hotel..

Location are perfect and the breakfast is very good.
As a SPA hotel, it only accepts reservations limited to 50 minutes use to each guess. Most of the times cant be used.

I liked the modern feel of the hotel. The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel was ok for the train station accessibility
I thought the front staff could have been a little more helpful. It seemed they didn't want to listen to basic requests without a confrontational attitude. This could be a language barrier,
so I did give it the benefit of the doubt.
