Wonderful
The location was great, 5mins to BHAM venue that we attended, and 15min to the city center. Great breakfast and facilities, pleasant staff - 10/10

The staff was very friendly and super helpful!
Breafast was good but can be improved with variety by days. Having to book a spa is not very efficient. Spa is something you dont plan for. You just go for it when you want, which was not possible here.

Hotel was clean, had fitness facilities and we loved the range of breakfast options. We also enjoyed the access to the spa & location close to transport and city sites.
We would have liked to see some more equipment in the fitness room.

Parking they don't have for all guests, so you will park in local garage and pay 45 euros per day. Room are very small, no paper towels in a room.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but it looked ample enough. We really appreciated the light switches were flat, giving the impression that they were cleaned (at least able to be). The location being right at the tram/bus stop made arriving and departing very easy, otherwise we did not use public transport. but one staff member mentioned a bus to take to get someplace, which made it very easy. We liked being a bit away from the action as we got to walk more of the city. Also, the south western corner of the city between the station and the Arno had some really nice restaurations that were a bit cheaper than those in the center. We enjoyed the spa, and that there was regulations around how many people could be there.
The beds were very hard. The area near the train station is... a train station and all that comes with it. Planning for the spa was a tough. There were some times where we thought it would be nice to go in, unfortunately where it was not a pre-book, there was not space (which is also a positive).

good location , stuff is friendly
The room was like a family room connected to the other one (the door cannot be opened ), but you can hear the music and talking from the other room. Spa is nice but need to reserve.

The cleanliness and the response of the staff when encountering problems. The spa was really good, and the breakfast was amazing. The location is 15-20 min by foot from the Duomo and almost all the other relevant locations. The parking was in a private underground garage which is a plus.
The parking is paid per night, with a fixed price (25 €), so it's better to leave the car inside to not lose value. There are no instructions on how to use some of the room switches, including the heat, ventilation and air conditioning control, so less tech-savvy people might need assistance.
