Great location, close to the tram line and lots of parking available (if you decide to hire a car). It takes some time to find a spot but you'll find one eventually. It was comfortable with good AC in the summer. The host was great, easy to communicate with and she waited for us when we arrived late for check in. Lots of great little authentic cafes and restaurants around the area.
The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable as it dips in the middle... its not straight but didn't bother me too much.

The apartment had all we needed for a short city stay. Very clean, comfortable beds and a lovely host. A short walk to the tram passing some local cafes and a bakery, then just a few stops into central Florence. The tram service is frequent and reliable.

Everything was fine. The apartment is huge and the location is ok. It's about a 15-20mins walk to the city center which is not that bad. The host is kind. Confortable and quality fits perfectly. Had an amazing stay in this apartment. Thank you all!!

Location is okay and within 500 meters from public transport.

The location is great and accessible to the City center by Tram. If you come a car you need to tell them in advance otherwise no parking is really accessible. Rooms are big and clean with AC in each room. There is grocery store around the corner and if you are hungry the pizza place around the building is absolutely yummy and cheap.

Everything was great but the place is not as comfortable for more than four people. Air-conditioned rooms fit only 4 people. This should not be a problem if you go in winter or if you don't mind the heat.
The common area had no air conditioning and it was really hot.

Everything was perfect. The owner is very kind. The apartment near to the tram station so you can easy the achieve the city center. If you travel by car the garage opposite the apartment is exquisite choice.

The flat was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable, in a nice area with good breakfast options and nearby supermarkets.
There was some inevitable noise from the mopeds in the street and from the nearby pizzeria until it closed.

Location is very good, 10 mins by tram to the central station or Duomo area. Apartment is very clean and tidy.
Supermarket is 5 mins by walk. There are several restaurants in walking distance. I particularly liked Pizza restaurant on the corner! Thanks to Meri staff for making it happen! Lady speaks good English, too.
I am satisfied, so no bad points.

Communication with the host Meri. The municipality was just renewing the water supply and as a result there was possibly (temporarily) no water. Meri informed us so we wouldn't be surprised. Parking in the private garage was perfect!

Location was good, not busy, close to tram, near place to eat and grocery store. Private parking available.

It was a cosy nicely decorated appartement.
There was plenty of room to sleep for at least 4 People. We had the possibility to cook/shower,..
The owner was Very Nice and easy accesible for questions. Very close to stores/tram station. We had a good stay in Florence at meri's appartement.
