Hotel is super close to the train station and took us less than 5 minutes to walk there with our suitcases. The rooms were nice and updated and we had a balcony room which gave us extra space to enjoy.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were very large and the best part is, we had a balcony. The staff were very kind and helpful.
The property is very difficult to find using the Booking.com address. I would say that was my most frustrating experience with this property.

Location
The room and bathroom were horrible,very dark and dreary with a big a/c duck running thru it.the shower /tub was hard to shower because of the tub being narrow at the bottom ,I asked for another room and they declined .breakfast was not included and felt for $450 per night it should of been

The location is excellent, in the center of old town and very near the train station but very quiet in the room. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, including the bed and pillows. The air conditioning worked well. The staff was always available for any questions and helpful up a few stairs at the beginning of the route to the elevator. The breakfast was ample and good. We expect to return to this hotel on our next visit.
No fitness room, only 1 chair in the room. The second suitcase did not have a luggage rack and the closet was too small to contain a small suitcase when opened.

The hotel is in a convenient location, just few mins walk from Santa Maria Novella Station. The street it is located on is busy, but once you are inside, the room was comfortable, spacious, clean, well equipped and we had a very good peaceful stay here.
Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We wanted to drive outside the city and the staff even explained the city signs to us. Thank you for the room upgrade, it made our day! The hotel is located near many attractions such as Mercato Centrale, and is 8 to 10 mins walk to the duomo. Will stay here again

The location is excellent and right in the heart of Florence, just a 3-minute walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella station.
The staff is amazing. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay for all guests.
The rooms are spacious and offer great value for money.
Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free.
The Wi-Fi was down for a day, which was a bit inconvenient. However, the way the staff handled the situation was commendable. They really do their best to take care of everything on the property.

Disappointing
Room was a bit small for 3 people even though we booked the privilege room. The whole hotel didn’t seem to be very homey. It felt more like a business center. The staff at the reception were very welcoming.

The rooms are a bit small for a family. Did not like the neighborhood the hotel was in and the hotel lobby isn’t very welcoming. It felt a bit hostile entering the lobby however the staff were very friendly.
