We had the BEST stay here in the heart of Firenze, living like an Italian! You have so much space to relax after being out in the busy city, plus the convenience! SUPER CLEAN! Huge shower in back bdrm! I had 3 special requests and Natalia kindly took care of all. She went the extra mile so our vacation started perfectly! This home base is near amazing piazzas just around the corner. Huge plus to have a kitchen w/ full frig to store cheeses, meats, H20, ice... In AM, we would go down Via Leoni & Castellani to Cafe Mingo & cross the street - to sip cappucino overlooking the Arno! Beautiful dining room & liv rm! Very safe road & private access up to apt. Natalia even left umbrellas (so don't pack that). Also carafes of cold H2O for us! Got back to me quickly on every ? with great recommendations. Out window to the right, you see the Bargello Museum w/ famous Donatello's David. Straight ahead is the back of Palazzo Vecchio Medici Coat of Arms! Wonderful Place. (Also, on Via Neri: famous schiacciata sandwich €8 at Antico Vinaio & pastry shops everywhere). We used washing machine (soap provided) & that worked great. *THX * Grazie Mille* a Natalia!
Loved the whole apt. but just a heads-up that even though it's a side-street there are still some city delivery trucks/taxis allowed here. The back bedroom is completely quiet with largest shower I've ever seen!! In the front bdrm, you may need some soft earplugs if every little sound wakes you... That said, I slept very well here.

The apartment is in a beautiful historical building in the centre of Florence. It was very clean and smelt nice. Nice architectural details like exposed beams, stone archways and unique decorative items like an antique radio and vintage mirrors added to the property's charm. The beds and furniture were comfortable. There were nice welcoming touches like cotton wool pads in the bathroom, water bottles in the fridge and basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt and pepper. The hosts were happy to be contacted with queries and were quick to respond to messages.
No negative comments.

I think the property needs an extra chair in the lounge for comfort to chill out if there's more than one person staying.

Good location and good response and very spacious place. Also loved kitchen & how owner thinking about people here. Many coffee pods, all gadgets that we need, so many towels were a plus, so many umbrellas which is so thoughtful moments! Also welcome Prosecco and coke was so sweet! Great host with great response and help. Even helped to booked for the taxi with early morning, which really appreciated it.
Please check the stairs. Always forget but it’s not a ground floor, you have to step many floors with your luggage. It was our last city and my condition wasn’t good and stepping up many stairs was a challenge. But at the end, it was a good exercise. And, temperatures weren’t as warm as other trip we experienced. I had really bad flu and worried about heating even with ac heating. At the end thankfully it wasn’t freezing but worries mostly on this place for the temperature.

We loved staying in the two bedrooms, two bathrooms apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen and dining room had good amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the modern bathrooms were clean and big, especially the showers. It was helpful to have a washing machine and drying rack too.
The location behind the Palazzo Vecchio was fantastic and quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again.

There didn't appear to be a washing machine although there is one in the property description.
The hosts lock different rooms in the apartment depending on what you book, not a complaint but it's rather unusual to stay in an apartment with half the rooms locked. :-)

The location cannot be beaten! Very central, especially if visiting Florence for the first time. It is a 5 min walk to a lot of the main attractions. The apartment was very spacious, modern, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. The pictures do not do it justice. We were staying in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment, and it felt like we each had our own wings. We loved the self check-in and electronic key feature. The apartment also had a washer; very convenient for long travels! The hosts also were able to arrange a taxi for us the morning of our departure, which was very helpful. It was definitely a great value for money! We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back without hesitation.
We loved the property. It is important to note though that you have to go up a flight of stairs, which can be an issue for those with impaired mobility (it was not an issue at all for us). It is also important to note that because you are in the city center, you are subject to city noises, which can last well into the night.

Wonderful
The flat is cozy, comfortable and fully renovated, and has everything anyone needs to live and enjoy Florence.
The location is unbeatable, right at the core of the old town, with views over Palazzo Vecchio and Museo Bargello.
It is easy to get in (with the super user-friendly app to unlock the door) and to move around: Piazza della Signoria and Galleria degli Uffizzi are less than 100 metres away, the most famous piadineria in town is just round the corner, il Duomo is at c. 400 metres away, I had to cross il Ponte Vecchio to go to the supermarket!
Due to its location, guests should expect some noise from passers-by at night, it's normal and perfectly tolerable.
The cherry on top was being received by a bottle of Moscato wine, thank you very much!
The flat is wonderful!
My only suggestions for improvement would be to get a new microwave (I managed to make it work, but it was not easy), provide a drying rack to hang the laundry, and perhaps changing the settings to heat the apartment during the evening (instead of during the day, when it is most likely to be empty).
But these are only details that in no way undermined my stay, I enjoyed every second of it!

Location next to the sites and easy to get there by foot from the station. Very clean. Host was very responsive and answered all questions. Large rooms. Access with app was no problem.
We were traveling in late October and the heating was not working. Cold floor and cold bathroom. There were locked rooms in the apartment. An additional deposit of 150 € was blocked from the credit card without notification beforehand.
