It is our second stay at this apartment What we most love is the location. Spectacular view of Piazza della Signoria, and extremely close to the main sights of Florence. Very good communication. Niccolo was extremely helpful and friendly. He met us when we arrived, and he provided excellent information. Although this apartment is right on Piazza della Signoria, when you close the windows, it's actually quite quiet.

Of course the location is second to none! The apartment felt like somebody’s home which had a good vibe. The elevator, kitchenette, refrigerator and wash machine were all a real plus. Gianna was quite welcoming and she was uber helpful when we needed to arrange for an early morning taxi.
Just some little things like no place to put your soap or razor while in the shower, but nothing that really stood out.

Great apartment in a wonderful location. Elevator, washing machine, coffee machine. Perfect location for exploring beautiful Florence
The entrance below the apartment had a bad smell and was very hot due to the restaurant kitchen below. However this could not be smelled at all in the apartment.

How central it was to everything.
Directions to the apartment was not clear. The numbering of the buildings were not consistent. Suggest instructions stay the door to the building is next to the Dolce Gabbana store in the Piazza.

Location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of the attractions and shopping. It is a few minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio, Sta Croce outdoor market, doumo, and even the train station is walkable. Literally in the Piazza Della Signoria.
The staff are easy to talk to and deal with. We luck out, we arrive early and our apartment was ready so they allowed us to check in early
Very minor things like the light by the elevator, the light is like on a timer and its super dark but if you have your phone then there is no problem. Second there was no soap/shampoo holder in the shower. We didn’t bother the staff about these two little things so it’s my bad really

Second time I have stayed in a lodging that had a view of the Piazza della Signoria. The first one was on the opposite side in the corner of the piazza and was very nice with a very nice view. However, the Magic Signoria Apartment was amazing!
We stayed in July 2023; and for the three nights we were there, the city hosted a series of orchestral concerts at the Loggia dei Lanzi . I think these were European youth orchestras. We opened up the windows and enjoyed the beautiful music and watched the large crowds who came to listen and who would express so much appreciation for the performances.
No, it was not noisy. After the concerts (about 22:30), the crowds would chatter with excitement and practically float out of the piazza. After that, the piazza would settle down and it was quiet sleeping.
In the mornings, not too early, you can enjoy a cup of coffee made fresh in your apartment and watch the locals out of your window going to work and setting up the cafes and early morning tourists taking advantage of the practically empty piazza. You can get a fresh cup of coffee and breakfast at the cafe downstairs too!
I am reviewing this apartment in October 2023 (two months later) because I knew when I wrote up the review I would be longing to return.

This apartment was unbelievably beautiful! Thank you to the amazing hosts, they were so helpful and kind. the view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, my children didn’t want to leave either! We cannot wait to return to Firenze and stay here again
