Location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of the attractions and shopping. It is a few minutes walk to Ponte Vecchio, Sta Croce outdoor market, doumo, and even the train station is walkable. Literally in the Piazza Della Signoria.
The staff are easy to talk to and deal with. We luck out, we arrive early and our apartment was ready so they allowed us to check in early
Very minor things like the light by the elevator, the light is like on a timer and its super dark but if you have your phone then there is no problem. Second there was no soap/shampoo holder in the shower. We didnt bother the staff about these two little things so its my bad really

Second time I have stayed in a lodging that had a view of the Piazza della Signoria. The first one was on the opposite side in the corner of the piazza and was very nice with a very nice view. However, the Magic Signoria Apartment was amazing! We stayed in July 2023; and for the three nights we were there, the city hosted a series of orchestral concerts at the Loggia dei Lanzi . I think these were European youth orchestras. We opened up the windows and enjoyed the beautiful music and watched the large crowds who came to listen and who would express so much appreciation for the performances. No, it was not noisy. After the concerts (about 22:30), the crowds would chatter with excitement and practically float out of the piazza. After that, the piazza would settle down and it was quiet sleeping. In the mornings, not too early, you can enjoy a cup of coffee made fresh in your apartment and watch the locals out of your window going to work and setting up the cafes and early morning tourists taking advantage of the practically empty piazza. You can get a fresh cup of coffee and breakfast at the cafe downstairs too! I am reviewing this apartment in October 2023 (two months later) because I knew when I wrote up the review I would be longing to return.

This apartment was unbelievably beautiful! Thank you to the amazing hosts, they were so helpful and kind. the view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, my children didnt want to leave either! We cannot wait to return to Firenze and stay here again

Fantastic location overlooking the Piazza & still very quiet. 5-10min walking distance to most places. Elevator/ lift to 4th floor is a luxury! though small it is adequate. Host was very nice and helpful with lots of information, incl. recommedation for restaurants.
It was hot in June, and air con is very old and not so effective; would be good to have a table fan. Better draps/ curtains to kill sunlight, esp in summer. Google map location is incorrect. I have submitted updated location to google.

Location was perfect and bed was extremely comfortable.
Provided us with a cot for our nearly 2 yr old which was really helpful.
Giana was wonderful at check in and making sure everything was okay for us throughout the week.
We would always like an oven but that is personal preference!
The clothes cupboards & bedding had a funny smell to them but unsure if it was just a different detergent.
