Wonderful
Location is great, easy walk from the train station. Florence is a super walkable city, everything is a 20 min walk away. The rooftop bar is amazing!
The single rooms are very small, just to be aware. The showers are also tiny and may give some trouble.

Location is great, just a short walk from the train station and all the top sights. Rooftop bar is awesome!
A little noisy from outside traffic/people. I could also hear everything from the room next door. Just an FYI, the single rooms are tiny! Fine for me but keep that in mind.

The view was great. The location was also great. Their roof top is definitely worth it. The staff was very friendly and quick to help. The room was clean, but a bit smaller than Im used to.

I like the location and the access to the rooftop, which gives a nice view of Florence. The bed is comfortable, and their toiletries smell great, too. Breakfast was ok. The hotel is close to the train station and all the sights.
The lift is too small and too slow, but this is normal in Italy, I guess.

Absolutely LOVED staying here!!! Location!! VERY easy from the train station! And easy to access all walking points of interest around Florence! Seriously loved this hotel! Amazing staff and THE ROOFTOP is incredible!

The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel is near the Florence Central Station. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. The Mercato Florence and shopping areas are near the hotel. The staff were friendly and polite. Worth the money.

Because I was visiting in low season, I imagine the prices were slightly lower than what they soon will be in high season. I had a wonderful single room with a terrace (where I had an aperitivo). The rooftop terrace wasn't yet open (there is a bar up there), but I was still able to go up and enjoy a magnificent view of the city! The staff was all very nice, the breakfast abundant, and the location - you can't get much more central than that! Ideal for me as I had to work the next day, so I left my luggage at the hotel and picked it up as I was heading to the train station.
I would have liked a more powerful hairdryer!

Great staff, great views. Florence is small as are all old Italian towns, and the hotel reflects it. Comfy quaint room and helpful staff are fantastic
