Absolutely LOVED staying here!!! Location!! VERY easy from the train station! And easy to access all walking points of interest around Florence! Seriously loved this hotel! Amazing staff and THE ROOFTOP is incredible!

This was a very bad experience.
The hotel is misleading customers!!! There won't be a king-size bed if you're alone!!!
The air conditioning is very bad.
The walls are poorly painted! The room smells.
This hotel is definitely a 2-star hotel, tops.
