The check in was the easiest, there was a parking garage near to the property, the staff are amazing and supportive 24/7, the furniture and beds were so comfortable, one of the amazing things also is the free of charge laundry room.
There was a stinky sewage smell, even if it's not that strong but it was disturbing, and it was only in my apartment not the building, as the building smells so good.

The facilities are excellent and well maintained.
The fact that there is no reception and the communication is done electronically can sometimes be a hassle, as NUMA is using a virtual assistant that does not understand and handle requests well. When you manage to reach a real human to assist via their electronic channel, everything becomes much better with communication, but still you won't have someone present to assist you.

- Our personal data were stolen since the company’s server was compromised (we received an email from Numa about that). Hackers approached us with all reservation details requesting payment. Yet no compensation was considered

Disappointing
Unfortunately, our experience at this apartment was below expectations. Upon arrival, there was a lingering smell of smoke from previous guests, and the cleanliness left much to be desired—sticky dishes and cutlery, no dish soap or kitchen basics, and visibly dirty doors. The bathroom needed maintenance, with issues like a faulty shower faucet and peeling ceiling. The sofa and bed textiles were stained and clearly in need of professional cleaning. Although advertised for four people, the sofa bed was uncomfortable, with a deep fold in the middle and a mattress so thin you could feel the frame beneath. Overall, the apartment requires significant cleaning and upkeep before being suitable for guests.

The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped. The location is ideal, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Check-in was seamless with clear instructions, and the support team was very responsive and professional. It truly felt like a home away from home.

This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. A two-level apartment with two full bedrooms, bathrooms, modern renovation, and more. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, and the windows faced a quiet courtyard. The building is an aparthotel with automated check-in and check-out. Good Wi-Fi.
A convenient public paid parking garage is just a 3-minute walk away, priced at €15 per day (located outside the ZTL, which is very convenient for travelers by car). Getting to the city center is easy – 20–25 minutes on foot, with trams and buses available. The property offers luggage lockers and a shared laundry room.
Now I know exactly where I’ll stay next time I’m in Florence. Thank you!

Great stay all around, wonderful clean flats on a quiet street, lots of space, beyond design, all the amenities (iron, ironing board, dishes, dishwasher etc), great service, laundry and lockers available in the property, central location. A GEM!!!
The cleaners forgot to take trash out from previous clients in one of the bathrooms, but it wasn’t a big deal, I just took it out myself.

Not central but very easy to get in. You have a safe parking at 1mn.
And it’s gonna be a 20mn walk to the center. It’s perfect to enjoy the outside of the city center.
Room was clean and modern. It’s ok for 2 adults but I won’t recommend to stay at 4 adults several nights. The sofa is ok but not too comfy.
Our apartment was at the ground floor, just next to the main entrance.
So you can imagine it was not quiet at all. First there is a little music in the corridor.
Guests are coming home at midnight, talking in the lobby while probably drinking a coffee.
At 11pm the cleaning service came to collect the dirty laundry, it was very noisy. I don’t blame him. But I would expect to not be in the ground floor for all the aspect listed.
