The location was incredible! Loved the basilica right next door and the museum...lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was amazing, great service, great coffee and delicious food. The property felt very upscale and comfortable.

Beautiful historic building in the centre of Florence, close by to everything. The staff are very attentive and kind, the rooms beautiful and great breakfast
It's an older building which comes at some costs, the noise between rooms can be noticeable but wasn't enough to disrupt us

We absolutely loved staying at Loggiato Dei Serviti! It was the perfect base to our long weekend in Florence. Our room was very quiet and super comfortable. And also sparkling clean! The breakfast was great with a huge variety of food to choose from. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Cherry on the cake was the location, the hotel is very close to the Duomo yet very quiet. We will be back and would definitely recommend staying in this hotel.

The breakfast was the best part of this hotel. It was excellent. The staff with the exception of the front desk clerk who checked us in was friendly. The bed was very comfortable.
The room was not at all as the pictures made it seem. I was shocked and disappointed when I saw the room and sure they had made a mistake. For the price we paid, it was not worth it. The bathroom was substandard and the shower was dangerous to use - it was just a shower wand in the bathtub and it wasn't possible to let the wand spray on you while showering. And where you had to stand in the tub was precarious.
