Only the location & the staff response time on whattsapp was very good.
Should be referred to as a hostel & not a hotel. Very tatty, needs a complete refurb, really not a nice place to stay. No tea/making facilities.

very good location. excellent cafes and restaurant nearby. Very friendly and helpful manager
Check in was stressful. Could not get key box code to work and thus took long time to extract key for my room. Reception only manned for relatively short hours - check in has been automated and I am the generation that hates dealing with apps After a long stressful journey I just want to check in with a human being at the reception desk, not wrestle with downloading an app Also there was steep climb to second floor room because although there is an elevator in the building. guests of the hotel are forbidden to use it. This seems bizarre.

Hotel is horrible, no staff in the hotel, so if you have any problems you don’t know who you have to talk for the help, there is a ring to enter the hotel, but nobody answering, you like a stupid staying outside looking for the phone to call. I did reservations in the morning, by the hotel I was after 3 pm , and they said that they didn’t have my reservation, I sent them a picture of my reservation, they said that they don’t have nobody by this name, and around 7 pm they texted me that they got my reservation, so what I should do going around with my baggage, after one person let me go inside the hotel, and what no one there, no staff, nothing, and hotel smells, so I would not recommend this hotel, don’t spend your money, even that it looks little bit cheaper, but sometimes better pay little bit more to avoid this garbage, HORRIBLE

Bathrooms were clean not much else
Don't know how this place got 8.6 the photos on booking.com were not what the place looked like the place was really run down, room was really hot there was air conditioning but no remote to work it asked for one, still waiting, would not recommend.

Staff was helpful and friendly
Room definitely felt like a prison cell. I have stayed in small studio hotel rooms before that had a sink next to the bed, but none that felt as much like incarceration as this one. I was placed in the room right next to the shared bathroom, and the lack of sound-proofing meant that I woke up in the middle of the night to 2-3 hours of a guest puking his guts out. The sheets are incredibly thin and was not at all sufficient to fight off the cold.

The location was ideal. About 12 minutes walk to the main attractions.

I liked the place. When I read the comments, I was a bit concerned but it is absolutely fine. Some people wrote about the building that is old. It is not bad at all (or they may have done a renovation). I have been in much worse accomodation in Greek for example and I can assure that it is not that bad Florentina guesthouse. It is near city centre and train station which is good.
