Wonderful location, all major sites hoped to see were walkable. Very clean and the staff were very kind and helpful. Also- the gelato place across the street is delicious.
If you are coming from another country and using a SIM card and cannot make or receive calls with your phone number, you MUST check in while staff are there. Late check in requires a phone call to open the door.

I did like that. It wasn’t a very good location walking distance to every store eatery
What I didn’t like is there was? I don’t know if he was the owner. We paid him for the six dollar tax fee in the evening. I guess he didn’t report it so we were asked twice the next day for our money and he never said that we paid him. He was very rude.

Breakfast included was good. Location. The courtyard area.
The fridge was broken. Air conditioner was not functioning it didn’t blow cold air. Asked a couple of times for a fix but that didn’t happen. No toiletries as told on booking.com. Very loud music both nights from the garden below, so poor room location for us. Room was too small for us with lots of luggage. Charges for everything!!!!

We had such a lovely stay at this boutique hotel in Florence! The man at the front desk during checkout was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our room was spacious, and the bathroom was surprisingly big too, such a nice surprise in a city hotel! The location was great and the whole vibe felt cozy and charming. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

The property’s location is good. Near all the attractions and you may find good restaurants very close. The coffee machine and the water self service is nice and the cost is reasonable. The self check in was good for me since there is no reception after 5:00 pm and i wanted to check in late.
Shower is very small and not safe. You might scratch your face, you head, your hands… additionally the curtain is not very practical.
No amenities were available: only 2 small shower gel for 4 person and we did not ask since we arrived and no reception.
