Very affordable stay and great value for money in a city like Florence! Small and simple room but super clean. Travelled alone and felt very safe in the area which is close to pretty much everything. Would recommend!

Excellent location very close to all the attractions. Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Great value for money.
There is no real communal area - perhaps because of the time of year the garden was not accessible. As we travelled with friends, it would have been nice to have an area where we could perhaps have shared a drink together at the end of the day but this was a minor issue in the scheme of things.

Location was terrific. Staying in a 1300 year old tower was an experience. Breakfast was generous and delicious.

The room was perfect, beautiful, large (even the bathroom) with a private, pretty little outdoor area. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space to put things.
The staff were friendly and more than helpful with advice on travel and arranging transport. The continental breakfast was lovely, self service with lots to choose from, a great way to start a long day of sightseeing.
The location was amazing, very close to all the main sights but it also felt very local with some great restaurants and bars close by. Even though you are in the heart of everything the room and building are quiet and peaceful, it feels like such a haven to step in to. We also felt very safe.
A total gem of a hotel!
Pretty much nothing. As a tea lover, some little long life milk pots to go with the tea and coffee in the room but I know it Italy, that's unusual.

Wonderful location in a historic, imposing building. Quiet, very clean, friendly and discreet staff. Satisfying breakfast, not too fancy, but good and enough. Thank you for your hospitality.

Good location a lot of restaurants and bars within a few minutes ,very clean , room comfortable
The checking in having to ring owner to get in I missed email with details of getting in so probably made it harder, there is no checking desk just notes on door for your room, but overall a very pleasant stay owner very friendly and helpful organising taxi to station
