This is one of the best hotel I have been staying at in Italy , very safe very quiet and very very clean. The location is so good and you have the best ice cream shop infront. I super highly recommend! Next time I will no think about twice !

The hotel is located in the center of Florence, in a beautiful classic building, just like the rest of the city. The room was extremely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The hairdryer worked perfectly, and at the entrance there was a fridge with water priced at €0.50, which is very convenient, as water costs around €2 throughout the city. In addition, the receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful.since we arrived early by train, she arranged for us to access the room earlier than the standard check-in time.

The location was my favourite thing about this accommodation. Really loved the area and the building. I would book again if having the chance.
At night, the heat (I assume) would start around 4-5 am and was making a loud noise that would wake me every time.

Friendly staff and location to everything was excellent. Clean facilitates had coffee and tea all in the room and if wanted breakfast avaliable. A safe in the room also. We were able to leave our luggage after signing out without any worries as had late day flight and they made arrangements for taxi pick up. Over all pleasant experience.
We informed them of our exspected time of arrival yet once we arrived, we had to wait for someone to come and let us in as no one answered the recepionist bell and left us standing on a street which had us wondering if we were dooped and a bit unsettling.
You could hear the street noice at night but it settled down after a bit.
