Wonderful
The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The apartment is in a great area with lots of activity and restaurants, and there was a pop-up market in the square on the Sunday of our stay. Easy to walk to all of the places in Florence we wanted to go, with the Duomo less than 10 minutes away.
The room was a little smaller than expected so not a lot of room for luggage, but there's a big wardrobe with shelf space that works!

The location of this property is perfect. You're just a few minutes walking from good restaurants, enotecas and the historic centre. The room was pretty decent and clean. The hosts (Mira and her husband) are super friendly and helpful. On the day of our departure we chatted a bit and they gave us nice tips for our next destination. You can't reach the property by car, due to its location, but it's just a few minutes walking from a City Garage (it's not super cheap, but they have a deal with the property so you get a discount on the daily rate).
One of the downsides is the constant noise of the aircons during the night (switching on and off every 10 minutes or so). If you're a light sleeper then make sure to bring earplugs. Also, the included breakfast is not amazing. You'll get daily vouchers to use in the pasticceria next door, where you'll get for free a cappuccino, two pastries and a bottle of water.

The room decoration, very comfortable bed. The location is perfect in the historical city center. Very quiet.
The water in the shower did not have a lot of pressure. There were no views from our room. The wifi was disconnecting sometimes

WE loved our room and our hosts. They went above and beyond to help make our time in Florence special. They helped book a dinner for us and had wonderful recommendations for sights to see (a bit off beaten path....which we loved). The room was quaint and quiet. We thought the Piazza dei Compti was cute and we sat out there to watch a book vendor and artist selling his paintings. I will be recommending this lovely spot to all my friends and family.
we needed a wine opener in the room. we bought one down the street. not a big deal at all.

We loved the room, and how quiet it was, it was great having tea and coffee facility, loved it.
Not the easiest place to find from the garage, and having to take all luggage out, as we were advised that once the car was parked we would no longer have access. Wasn't too keen on the breakfast, as it was such a busy place, and difficult to pick something that wasn't too sweet, would have liked more choice.

Hospitality was great, a home away from home feeling.
The pillows could be a little bit more comfortable.

The location was ideal for exploring the city without being amongst tour groups. The bed and bath very comfortable and all the necessities provided .
The bakery where breakfast was provided is delicious and a fun experience.
The street life at night is also fun and we met some interesting locals and travelers . (Primarily in the 20-30 age range )We never heard the street noise in our room.
Franchesco and Mira were helpful to guide us on our first exploration of the city. Franchesco has endless historical fun facts. The rooms are kept spotless daily .
We needed medical attention during our time in Italy and Franchesco went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of .
The noise of the doors closing .

We encountered one of the best host/owners at this place! Theyre super helpful and nice!! The place was also great especially for the value. We booked the room with the external bathroom but it was really close to our room so we felt like living in our own house. The breakfast was also good, theyre giving over vouchers to spent in a nearby traditional patisserie.
Since the building is quiet old, there was a little smell all over the place.
