The hotel is close to the station and the access is very practical from the airport too. The receptionist (lady) was very welcoming, the room was well-appointed and the breakfast was fine.
Only one door to separate the reception of our room, and I was a bit angry to have to tell the receptionist to close it in the evening, he was speaking loudly on the phone and we couldn't sleep.

The hotel is within top 10mins walk from the city center, the receptionists were always very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the place was great. Also the train station is 1min away. We had a very good stay and we definitely recommend it 100%.

Very modern, clean, staff was fantastic, good location (especially to SMN train station)
The central stair was dark, dirty, and made me question what I had booked, but once we got into the actual hotel, it was lovely!

The hotel is a tidy and clean spot, perfect for a short stay. It's close to the city center and main train station, so no extra transport is needed. The staff were friendly and allowed an early check-in two hours ahead since we arrived early. Breakfast was decent and satisfying. They recommended Matto Matto restaurant with a 10% discount for guests, which exceeded expectations, we highly recommend it. Its proximity to the main station is very convenient for arrivals from Pisa or trips to the Pisa airport.
