This was a nice hotel overall. It’s a bit expensive for the size of the room and the available amenities, but the experience was still enjoyable. The room itself was comfortable and clean.
The real highlight was the amazing breakfast buffet. We usually skip hotel breakfasts since they’re often pretty basic, but this one completely surprised us. We went down just for a muffin and juice and ended up staying for the full spread. The service was excellent — attentive staff, mimosas flowing, and great coffee options like cappuccinos, flat whites, and macchiatos, plus every juice you could imagine.
The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was cute, modern, and up to date.
It was pretty expensive considering the rooms were so small.

Breakfast is wonderful! The room and bathroom is small for a 5-star hotel, but it is quiet. The location is next to the river, if your room is facing the river, the view must be very good, but unfortunately I didn't get it.
The hotel location is too far from the center, every day we have to take taxi in and out, and the road to the hotel is typically jammed, so be ready to walk a lot or take taxi a lot. Also there is no shops and restaurant in the surrounding area, we always have to take a taxi to get food or get around.

The location was nice.
The bellman never came to help with the luggage when we arrived. The desk person wasn't that nice. The hot tub never worked, and they said they would take money off the room. However, we never saw it come off. The restaurant is in the basement and is a little depressing.

The electric kettle in the room is difficult to use when there is no power outlet in the cupboard and customers have to carry the kettle and the large tray outside the cupboard to boil water, while the table outside is very cramped.

it was beautiful- both Modern and culturally distinct. The outside patio, bar and restaurant were absolutely gorgeous and the breakfast bar was not only a piece of art to view but everything was so delicious. We enjoyed th food, the service, and the atmosphere so much we ate dinner twice on the patio- and s special shout out to the chef who made the fantastic sautéed spinach- highly recommend! We also used the spa, and it was really peaceful and relaxing as well. Definitely coming back here- really a lovely place. Oh- staff was incredible, and extraordinarily kind and helpful!

The breakfast buffet was outstanding. For any slight trouble we had with the room was quickly resolved. The staff was accommodating, polite, and kind. You can stay here without concern.
