The one thing it really misses I believe are windows that you can tilt so you can leave it open at night.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was good, only a short walk to centre of Florence.
Easy location to reach from the airport, we chose to use public transport as we were travelling on foot. The Tram from airport was very straight forward. the bus stops maybe 50 meters from the Hotel.
We didn't thin to ask for a river view so our room was onto the internal courtyard which is not the most picturesque view and because our flight was delayed we didn't ask if it was possible to change the room, given the excellent customer service I suspect the staff would have trie dtheir best to accommodate such a request.

The hotel is very clean, modern and stylish. The bar and garden area are really nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.
The bedroom was fairly small and bed was far too firm for me, but my wife liked it. The aircon was not working during our stay - staff were aware and had made contact with engineers, but the room was very warm. We could not get a constant temperature from the shower - a staff member attended and showed a technique that seemed to work, but should this be necessary ?
The hotel is located a good trek from the main attractions and centre.
