The staff were absolutely superb!
Love the interior design too.
The bathroom only had a shower and the tiles had blackened grout.
The aircon/heater was impossible to control, but luckily auto turned off if the windows are open!
Great except for one night when the street cleaners were out, using machinery, after midnight and I had to close the windows.

Close to historic centre and river, easily accessible by car. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good spa facilities included in price.
We could hear the gym machines from our room (304). Very narrow shower cubicle.

The temperature couldn’t be controlled. It was an unusually warm day in winter and our room was boiling. Had to get up in the middle of the night and search for a fan (poor night watch manager), which took easily 20 minutes.

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area. I would especially like to thank the staff member Adil — he is incredibly warm, friendly, and provides excellent service.
The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, which is good. However, the glass panel in the shower area is too small, so water easily splashes onto the floor. Unfortunately, there is no floor drain, so water accumulates every time I take a shower, which I didn’t really like.
