Friendly staff and huge suite for 4 of us. We werent expecting to be in such an amazing historical building where lots of the original features have been incorporated with modern touches. The communal areas are stunning. A short walk to all the sites and lots of great restaurants just over the bridge.
Wi-Fi was a little bit patchy.

Excellent location, a historic building (felt like we've stayed in a museum), super friendly staff. The receptionist, Daniela, told us a brief history of the city, what are the most interesting attractions, and gave us some useful hints.

Location was excellent - Right on the Arno. Breakfast was typical. The most important facet of the hotel - the incredible staff - always there with a smile and always ready to make a recommentation.

We couldnt recommend the Leone blu enough , this is a unique place , the rooms are amazing , the main rooms are superb being a part of the palazzo . May I give special mention of Anastasia who made our stay so wonderful. Highly recommend .

Great service from Andre!! He was so pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and he made all the difference to Leone Blu Suites! We really became fond of him! If we return to Florence we will choose This renovated palace again. The one negative comment is the couch was very uncomfortable and bathroom floor could use a cleaning. On the plus side- breakfast was amazing and with a great variety to choose from and we found the dining room a special way to start our day!

Clean , comfortable bed , location
1 night noises from neighbor at different times throughout night , even though a great location we could still hear car noises /people as if the windows were opened .
