You will not find a better host than Francesca!!! She was amazing!!! She gifted us with wine upon arrival, stocked the fridge for us too. When I asked her a million questions about the bus and the tram she was so patient with me and so prompt to respond. Apartment was spotless and less than a minute walk to the grocery store. We walked everywhere, 20 minutes to the downtown. Uber and taxi’s were easy to book too. Francesca offered to call us a taxi anytime we needed. We loved hearing her story of how her great grandpa made some of the doors and cabinets in the home. This is a true Tuscan Villa with the best host in a great location!

The host, Francesca, is amazing! She made sure we were comfortable the whole trip, had a lot of great tips for small additions to our plans and provided a ton of food for us, so we were very happy. The accomodation itself was very clean, orderly and it was exactly what we wanted.
The only downside was the noise from the trains at night. Thankfully it wasn't too bad, but we did lose a bit of sleep.

Francesca is a super host.She is kind and helpful.She meet us in person and explained the history of her great grandfather's house in detail and provide a lot of useful information for us.She even stock up food:bread cheese ham biscuits yogurt,juice ,wine milk and fruits for us.

The place is as advertised and even more. Francesca is a great host and made every efort to make our stay enjoyable. She loaded the fridge with breakfast food options for every taste. The place is situated approx 1.5 km (20min) from Florence’s main attractions. All in all a great stay and we’ll be back for sure

Close to most attractions and love the theme of the house.
We (unfortunately) rely on Wi-Fi for day to day holiday tasks. The wi-fi was a bit unreliable.

The host Francesca could certainly provide other hosts of properties with a lesson in how to host a property. She is an amazing host who could not do enough for us. The property has been in her family for many years and provides lots of character. The pantry and fridge were stocked with so much food we found it impossible to eat it all!
The property is close to railway lines and a road which means it can be a bit noisy at night.

The host is nice and helpful.
She prepared delicious pastries, cheese, bread, ham, salami and yougurt for breakfast.
The apartment is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets.It's not far away from city centre, we walked to the Cathedral or main train station in 20 minutes.

Francesca, the owner, was very kind and welcoming. She made sure that everything is going well throughout our stay. The house has its unique feeling from old Italian times.

Our host was so welcoming. The property is so interesting, a traditional Italian house based in a little courtyard.
We had the most beautiful and bountiful foods provided by the lovely host. Enough for plenty of breakfasts, snacks, picnics and even enough for the train journey home. The property is very nice inside three large bedrooms meaning our teenage daughters had lots of space. The bathrooms were lovely, fresh and nice toiletries.
It was lacking in outdoor space and is a twenty minute walk from town centre. There is a little bit of noise from the trains but not unbearable.
The host left a lovely welcoming gift which we enjoyed. The property has air con and great WiFi and showers etc. Lots of households accessories.
A wonderful supermarket within 5 minutes walk -they do beautiful roast chickens! Thank you so much for making our visit to Florence so memorable.

Our stay was awesome! The location was nice - not so far from the city center so you can walk there (or choose a tram or bus if you want). The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Francesca was accommodating and responsive, and she left lots of various food in the fridge and some wine - so making breakfast was super easy. Also she gave a lot of local tips. I can safely say that you will not be disappointed because she is showing a true example of hospitability

It was very comforting to see all the products our host, Francesca had already prepared for our arrival, alongside with a welcoming bottle of wine. She also showed us the sightseeings and restaurants worth visiting. We went on to have a great time in Florence, which all started at our apartment,
