Great location, delicious breakfast. Very attentive staff. Well appointed room. We had to stay an extra night due to train strike. Although there was no availability at La Masion the staff made arrangements at their sister property, Aqa Palace for us. Extremely accommodating!

Wonderful
Overall feel of the property is wonderful with a upscale feel while not being pretentious. Rooms are spacious, location next to Santa Croce and walking distance to everything. Staff were terrific. This is a gem.

The rooms are spacious, stunning and smell amazing. It's a fantastic location. We felt lucky to find such a gem!
My particular room had a sound, almost like a washer running, that was 24/7. I got used to it, but it was a little odd.

Room was amazing - huge comfy bed, big bathroom and great facilities. Perfect location to roam around Florence with some great restaurants closeby. Staff were super helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

This place exceeded our expectations tenfold. The room was so spacious (you rarely find a hotel that is BIGGER than it looks in the photos), the bed was comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and informative, and the customer service was superb. The location was quiet and central and we look forward to visiting again soon!

The room was nice overall, beautifully appointed with art deco furniture. Was quiet and in a great location.
The WiFi didn’t work during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. The main shower head and bathtub jets weren’t functioning, and the air conditioning was a bit inconsistent at times.
That said, the charm of the hotel and overall experience still made for an enjoyable stay
