Wonderful
It suited me that it was near the station.
It was quiet and secure.
Silvia was helpful and spoke good English.
Breakfast delivered to my room.
English channels on the TV.
No real coffee making facility (but there was a kettle and fridge, which a lot of European places don't have). Only one mug of coffee at breakfast.

Exceptional
The host accommodated our requests for late arrival and early breakfast for early departure. The location next to the bus station, train station, and tram lines was very convenient for us.

Very Good
Sylvia was very helpful and accommodating.
It was nice being beside a laundry mat.
It was a little noisy out the window, but I'm sure there is not much you can do about that.

Wonderful
Room was great, AC was a welcome relief, breakfast was great, location was a bit gritty but OK. Only one wish would be for the shower to be a bit larger. Otherwise excellent.
Larger shower would have been appreciated.
