Tucked away quietly just one street behind the train station , we had such a wonderful time, the room was impeccable and the breakfast delivered every day by the bright bubbly Sylvie was great to set us up for the day

Sylvia was the best host ever! She was extremely warm and accomodating for our big family of 6!
Excellent homemade breakfast at our requested times (the homemade croissants were the best our kids ever had)
Location was great, 3 mins walk to the main Santa Maria Novella station

It’s awesome - Sylvia is extremely nice, the rooms are so cosy, the bed comfortable, the breakfast comes to you and it is scrumptious. Would definitely stay again and recommend you do too!

Our FAVOURITE stay of our whole Europe trip. What an amazing place this is. The host Silvia goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during your stay and is so kind. The homemade breakfast each morning delivered to your room was a great touch and the room was spotless and well maintained each day of our stay. Honestly you just NEED to stay here. Location is also great, well within walking distance to everything but still in a quiet area. Highly highly recommend. Would defintely stay here again.
