Room was big enough. Location is top. Silvia is so kind and always ready to help.
Usually, in many places after check out you can leave your luggage for free. In this B&B, there was fee for this service, not big amount. I hope in the future they will consider to provide such service as a compliment for free which makes tourists more happy and satisfied.

Location was perfect because we were heading to the train station early the next morning. Since we were leaving in the early morning hours, our host brought some breakfast items to our room the day before (yogurt, fruit and juice). I thought that was a nice touch.

Convenient location. Close to train station
Room cleaned daily but no refill of mini bottle shampoo which barely lasted 2 days. And we stayed more than that. If you need additional shampoo , you will need to request ahead of time.

Serena is a very caring and attentive host. The location of the house is excellent. The interior is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. While it was unbearably hot outside, it was wonderful that the house stayed cool inside. We didn’t even need to use the air conditioning. We would like to thank Serena and her sweet daughter Alice for their lovely energy. If we come back again, we would definitely love to stay here again.

Sylvia was an excellent host and delivered a delicious breakfast every morning. The accommodation is within easy walking distance of the main square in Florence and the railway station is also nearby. Our room was very spacious and the bathroom, whilst small, was perfect for our requirements. La Locandiera is in a lovely old building and I would strongly recommend it.
I cannot find fault with any aspect of La Locandiera.
