We really enjoyed our stay in Florence. The location is excellent — very close to the main railway station and within walking distance of the city center, which made exploring the city very easy.
The room was clean, warm, and comfortable. There was always hot water, which we really appreciated. The room was well equipped with a kettle, a TV, a table with chairs, and a comfortable bed.
Silvia was very friendly and always available, ready to help with any questions.

It was spacious & Silvia is an absolute gem! Great communication, especially the detailed instructions of how to get to her place and how to enter the property. Had the blue room which had a seperate dining area with small fridge to the sleeping area. Was a great location, with mat shops & restaurants nearby. Breakfast was awesome & we were able to sit and eat at the table. Quiet area too!

The host was welcoming and messaged me the day before to check my arrival time and sent me a map on how to get to the location. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station.
The room was clean and had everything I needed.
Breakfast which I selected the day before was delivered to my room at a time I chose. She even accommodated an earlier breakfast when I needed to leave early for a day trip.
As a female travelling alone I felt at then accommodation and the location.
Would definitely recommend this B&B.

Great location, near Station. Everything in walking distance. Sylvia was a fabulous and friendly host. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfasts were delicious. Just perfect for my son and I.

Silvia was an incredible host. She went above and beyond and was so helpful and kind. I will definitely be staying here again if I come back to Florence. The fresh warm croissants in the morning were excellent. Silvia also donated some clothes for us as we ran out of space in our suitcase which we really appreciated.
