Everything was great! The owner did not speak English, but everything was resolved with the help of a translator. The room has everything, good breakfast. The only point is that you can hear your neighbors, but this will not be a hindrance for you if you come to enjoy the culture and beautiful views of Florence :) In the evening, it may be more difficult to get from the center, but the price-quality is worth staying here.

B&B was very neat and well maintained. Great location with direct bus connections to Florence city. The walk to city is also great from this place. The hosts were wonderful and helped us at all stages and gave us guidance from Villa Costanza to the B&B.
Breakfast could be better. There were only packed croissants and biscuits and cornflakes.

My first flight was cancelled, so I arrived finally very late at night and also my baggage did not arrive with me. Owners were so nice that they picked me up from the airport at night and helped me also with receiving my baggage couple of days later. The place was very clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. My room was also very big. There were also lots of different choices for breakfast. The bus stop to the city center was very close to.
I had a room on the side of street and traffic noise was quite loud, so I needed to sleep with ear plugs.

The room is nice and big with a closet and window. The bed is comfy. The room was shared but it always stayed clean Even the rooms are close, they are not noisy. The place is not in the city centre but you can easily take the bus and get there in 20 minutes with a bus stop 5 minuets away. Parking was also just in front.
The kitchen was not allowed to be used (hot plate) Even when the breakfast was good, the milk was bad (both for the cereal and for the coffee) with no chance to inform the staff because nobody was there.

- close-by bus station, to and from the centre of the old city - a grocery store nearby, as well as caffe's and restaurants that have good and cheap food - the owner was really nice throughout the time we were there and even before, messaging us to ask if we got there safe and informed us about a few stuff (how to get to the location from the train station, as well as showing us a map with the city and telling us how to get to the most important touristic attractions) - the owner also came every morning to set up the breakfast table and came after 10 am to wash and clean the kitchen. - breakfast was on the sweet, common Italian style, but full of assorted pastries, freshly baked bread, coffee, milk and juice. the kitchen is big, you can use it fully (except for the stove) and the fridge is big as well. - the room was clean and very spacious, air conditioning and TV worked
- the doors of all the rooms in the apartment had to be almost slammed because they wouldn't shut down otherwise, so that alone made a lot of loud noise in the whole apartment - the windows are pretty difficult to close, a lot of outside street noise coming in the room, especially at night, making sleeping difficult - the bed frame is a lot more outside compared to the mattress so that makes getting out of the bed a bit difficult, plus that it makes a lot of noise when moving in the bed - not enough outlets, most of them being already used for bedside lamps - the breakfast was typically Italian, full of sweets and pastries. I'm aware that it's in their culture, but I would've preferred a bit more on the savoury variety as well - maybe add some toiletry and towels supports in the bathroom, for easier usage
