The convenience, it was close to the tram, we could use the convenience of a dining room, it was clean and they let us check in early
The shower was small and a little uncomfortable, although it got the job done, the bed and pillows could be better

Very quiet, clean and comfy accommodation. Easy transport to city centre. Very friendly host.

Very close to the tram into Florence and perfect for our short trip!
It was a little loud outside the window in the morning - no fault of the host, I think it was people setting up for a market outside that woke me up a few times.

Free parking and close to the Tram.
Paola is the best hostess!!!
Unfortunately in the bathroom is not shower place.
Is all together and if you make a shower the water goes everywhere.
The room is too small with a old double bed and the mattress was not good.
Also mold on the walls in the room.
Also very noisy because the room is on the ground floor.
Is a old house with 3 rooms close each other.
And the shared kitchen.
Also the wifi is available only in the kitchen in the room no signal.

I was lucky enough to be with a lady with a beautiful appearance and a beautiful soul, our beloved Paola. It is enough to see Paola once and you will not forget her for the rest of your life, moreover, she will become your friend. Beautiful looking, smiling, very caring, very tidy, which seems to be her hotel. Very clean, beautiful interior, unusual location, very safe, quiet and beautiful environment. The price is very reasonable. You enter the hotel and you think you have come to your own home. My dear Paola, My smiling and hearty friend, we love you very much, I fell in love with your beautiful city and your beautiful hotel. I want to see you again, I really want to see you already, I have already seen Florence . Nana and Mako (we) will come back, because we miss you very much, because you are a very good person. Disappointing
The property is very close to the tram station. Although it is a bit far from the city centre, it is easy to get there by tram. The kitchen is pretty handy.
The facilities did not meet the standard. Worst of it is can't use the toilet at all for 2 days. Shower curtains kept sticking to the body once get wet, which made taking shower is a very big challenge. The WIfi never works. We tried to use the wifi in the kitchen, but still kept dropping off. Had to give up and used own mobile data.

Paola, the host, is one of the best parts! she was so sweet to take time with us when we arrived and to talk to us about Florence. She had some snacks for us and helped us get a dinner reservation at Trattoria Marione, which was great. Its also really close to a tram stop which is how we got into the city every day. A/C worked very well.
There wasnt a lot of counter or desk space.

everything was awesome ! Paola is incredibly kind and her family also !
she sent me a lot of good places to have lunch, to have a view on a roof top, to hangout, to live Firenze !!!!
The tram is just 1 min by walking from the flat and thats awesome because in 10/15 min you are directly in the city center ! Notice that you can spend as much as time as you want in the city center and after you can go home with uber for like an average of 20 on Uber!
The price is really affordable and you ll never find someone as kind as Paola anywhere esle in an Hotel !
If you want to go back home from the city center you just have to walk 40/45 min so its not that much !
also if you want to go to the East part of Firenze you can just take the bus wich is also at 2 min by walking from the home (what to ask more :) )
I really felt appreciated and Paola and her brother were really kind and opened minded ! So if i have to come back to Firenze I will come back at Paolas home for SURE !

The apartment was amazing and it is 15 min on a bus from there. Bus station next to the apartment.

The host was very easy to contact and helpful. She helped us book a taxi for an early morning and made the check in very easy with a video and step by step pictures. She allowed to stay in the kitchen even after check out for a few hours after our flight was delayed. The room itself was perfect for two people. The air conditioning worked great and was a wonderful treat to come home to after a day in the heat.
It is more of a hostel than a hotel. The wifi didn't work in our room so we had to sit in the kitchen to use it. The bathroom was clean but the shower was difficult to navigate without getting everything wet/tangled up in the curtain. Felt a bit overpriced for being so far from the city and not having the kitchen in the room like it is advertised on the listing.
