Comfortable bed, secure gated parking, friendly staff, good morning breakfast included with very friendly chef. daily wine and water service and wonderful house keeping making the bed every day!
location, just a bit too far for my liking into Florence. Location to bus stop is ok and bus ride in was easy. however coming back isn't as easy as bus stop so far away from all of Florence activities so a ton of extra walking and then stand in the cold waiting for bus ride back home. no way to walk at all too far away. Day trips elsewhere made location better. The property landscaping was unkept and not inviting to sit outside but inside was clean and tidy

This rental was fantastic! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Angelo it was special. We started with a cup of espresso and he explained everything and gave us a map with information about bus and train service as well as a description of the amenities of the property. The room was very nice and came with some homemade wine and snacks. The breakfast was included and it was amazing. It was a full buffet of sweet and savory items and the server even made omelets, scrambled eggs, etc. It was a real treat. I would very much recommend this rental if you are visiting the Florence area and we would gladly stay there again. Superb!

Lovely Agriturismo in a quiet area just outside of Florence City. We had two rooms and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The breakfast each morning was very delicious and filling. It is served in a beautiful large room full of family mementos and photos. Delicious wine appears in your fridge every day! Angelo our host was very warm and welcoming and a wonderful personality.

Spacious room, insane hospitality I felt I was visiting family. There is a bus stop literally up the corner that is a straight shot to Firenze Santa Maria Novella station (main station in Florence) and also can get you to wherever you need in main town. Definitely can’t walk to main town but can bus there in 10 min. The owner was so friendly, drew on a map showing us where to go, food was great etc. highly recommend. They left little cut up pizzas made by the house and bottle of wine and two huge waters in our fridge every single day. They owners were literally present on the property the whole time so it was easy to access if we need anything. Replied to text messages on booking.com very quickly
Only downside was I had wanted to refund my trip/ part of my trip due to emergency but I was unable to because I had booked the non refundable trip and there was no flexibility with owner- but otherwise no complaints. Clean and very very kind. Highly recommend

We enjoyed LA Fattoressa immensely! They even messaged us at 11:30 am to let us know the room was ready if we wanted to arrive before the 1:30 pm scheduled check in time.
When we arrived, Angelo, the owner, greeted me by name and was completely ready for us. He welcomed us into the office and provided us with a lot of information about his property and how to get to Firenze (the Italian name for Florence).
We chose this community because of private parking included and the easy access to Firenze by bus. It was a short and easy walk to the bus stop and the cost was somewhere less than $2.00 after conversion. You can use your credit card to tap when boarding so you don’t even have to buy tickets in advance.
I had messaged La Fattoressa after I booked telling him we’d want to use the bus to get to the centro. Angelo was prepared with a couple of maps showing where to get the bus near his place and to return. He also showed us how to find our meeting point for a cooking class and where to go when we had tickets to see David!
When Angelo walked us to our room he showed us how everything worked. They had the AC on and the room was a perfect temperature. He showed us the small fridge and let us know that both the bottle of water AND the bottle of wine are complimentary. He said we should be sure to drink them both and they’ll replace them when they clean our room each day. They also brought us some small bites after check in and left some after room cleaning.
The breakfast was fantastic. There were lots of options to choose from. The dining room is lovely with a massive table for all the guests. The woman who prepared the breakfast was pleasant and accommodating.
We really loved this place and highly recommend others consider staying here.
I really cannot think of anything I didn’t like.

This physical location exceeded our expectations! The bus stop to Florence was a 5 minute walk. The bus ride to Florence center was at best 20 minutes and ran every 30 minutes. The host and staff could not have been nicer and helpful. Parking was available at the location. The breakfast buffet was absolutely incredible. The perfect way to start your day!!!

Perfectly located just a 4 minute walk from the La Gora terminus on the number 11 bus route which takes you right into the centre of Florence.
That alone makes this the perfect location for anyone visiting the sights of Florence.
The breakfast spread was fantastic with a choice of scrambled eggs/omelette to accompany.
The attention to detail and service were excellent - highly recommend.
Comfortable rather than luxurious rooms, but the price reflects that.
Nothing - we’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone happy to take a 25 minute bus trip into the centre.

I was a little worried before I checked in, but the mosquito problems I saw in the review were carefully solved～It's comfortable to have air conditioning. We get a new free wine every day. The lady in charge of breakfast is very sweet. There is a big cat named Becky who loves people very much. Her bark is very powerful

Angelo gives a very nice greeting. The breakfast is generous.
It is somewhat rundown. The maintenance of the garden is not good. there are a lot of mosquitoes in the evening . Also, it is not convenient to Florence unless you have a car. You must take a bus and the bus system rejects two credit card taps in a row so that one rider shows up as unpaid. We didn’t know that and thought we had paid in full. We were checked at the end of the ride and hit with a fine of €41 for a ride that normally costs 1.90 euros.

Since first minute we arrived, host introduced us to the room, facilities and offered us valuable information about what not to miss, how to visit and everything we may imagine, very nice and patient with us.
La Fattoressa is perfect! Location is silent and close to the center by bus, surrounded by gardens and in the middle of nature, breakfast was simply amazing, room was so nice, romantic and comfy, a bottle of tasty natural local produced wine and a bottle of water including pizza was expecting us each evening free of charge, parking for our car inside the facility, and extremely friendly and professional hosts, all perfect!
Nothing to add, everything was amazing!
