Location wasn't bad
Don't even bother - my husband and I turned up to find the room looked worse than in the photos. Firstly, it was unclear how to get into the hotel and the man on the phone was unhelpful, not understanding the same questions we kept clearly asking (i.e. how to enter!) When we finally did, I was shocked to find the room very bare apart from the bed, looking like a half finished DIY job. There was general wear and tear, dirty corners, and a strong paint smell. The bathroom tiles were badly cracked, it was dirty and a sewage smell was coming from the toilet. We actually booked another hotel at our expense because this one was so bad. I don't normally react so strongly to a hotel room, but this one was too awful to stay in for four nights.

The location was great for the activities that we had planned for our time in the city. The restaurant selection around this room was great!
The air conditioner was turned off for the season even thought it was in the upper 70's. The shower was very small. Internet was rough at best.

The room is big.
I don't think the room is insulated since there was a draft. I had to create a scarf with my clothes and triple layer in order to prevent myself from getting sick.
The shower door is broken. The shower drain didn't work, so the shower would fill up and then leak.
They don't allow you to leave your dog in the room by itself for the day. This should be stated in their policy and not mentioned after-the-fact.

Disappointing
Nothing, no reception and no people to help you
The site says 24 hour reception, no one is there and you have to ring a number to speak to someone. The only reason we got inside the building was because someone else was coming out, otherwise we couldn’t get inside? Beds were pathetic.
