Very Good
Great location especially for those driving as it is has a free parking lot out of ZTL Zone, and bus to city center right in front. Only complaint is mosquitoes staff super friendly especially at breakfast.

Out dated nothing like pictures, poor quality not value for money . View outside of rubbish and thrown out sofas . Staff not friendly no welcome or helpfulness.

Only The staff at breakfast service was very friendly also breakfast service but hygiene and cleanliness at room was not good also mosquitos in room which was very uncomfortable and very noisy late night, we couldn’t sleep because of noises at night from other rooms.

Hotel offers a excellent compromise, good value for the money it costs and for Florence, bed was really a king size and very comfortable and room size definitively not bad at all. We chose it for the pool and it was definitively a great point offering pleasant refreshment in the hottest hours of the summer day. Parking available, covered.
In general some maintenance leaks: floor near the bathroom ruined and definitely in need of refurbishment, rust on the tables legs near the pool affecting the floor with unpleasant orange stains (aluminum or stainless steel should be a must for pool fornitures), breakfast quite cheap.

The deluxe Room was so awful, dirty that we were unable to stay there
the carpet was so dirty with lots of stains and mold stains and mould out of the cabin's blown window that we were unable to walk without flip flops
And that terrible mildew smell

This is a great/convenient hotel if you want to stay close to Florence city center. It has parking and breakfast which makes it easier if you are driving. My family and I took taxi from hotel to go to Florence and it was easy and affordable. The staff were nice.
I think this could be an excellent hotel if it was well kept. Rooms are a bit smelly and old.

Nice hotel although you wouldn’t know it from the outside. The pool was closed but looked amazing
They obviously hold conferences so the lobby was a bit noisy but on the whole it is a great place
