great location near the strain station and near all the attractions (about 10 to 15 min walk). The staff was great and helpful (they kept our bags after checkout for a few hours). The room was beautiful and very spacious. And the bathroom was newly renovated.

The location is very convenient, right next to the train station and not far by foot from the center of Florence. The room was beautiful, large, old-fashioned with lovely wooden furniture. The manager, Andrea, was friendly and very helpful. He really made our stay there very pleasant.

Andrea our host, was very helpful and friendly. He was waiting for us to arrive and showed us to our apartment. Location was good. Very close to the train station. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. 2 beds were in the loft so a little tricky getting to the washroom at night. There is a "small" lift to get upstairs with luggage. Breakfast was included every morning in the dinning area. Andrea would make coffee however you would like it.

Close proximity to the train station. Tasty breakfast choices accompanied by tea & cappuccinos. Very clean room and Andrea often asked if we needed anything. We were well looked after.

The host was fantastic and answered any questions quickly. The place was spacious. Breakfast adequate. Close to train station and walkable areas.
The first nIght the noise was a little overwhelming as cars whizzed by and the train tracks were right outside our window. But the next night not a problem. It was so much quieter.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. They gave useful tips and allowed us to keep our luggage during the check-out day for longer until our departure trip. They prepared very nice breakfast too. The location is really good as it is next to the train station.
The room was rather old and sometimes a bit noisy.

We loved staying here. It was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our whole trip. The room is very secure and private, and the staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They even prepared breakfast early for us so we could have something to eat before catching our next train. The room is large, comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely be staying here again because the price, quality, and service was above and beyond!
We honestly have no complaints about our stay here. It was wonderful, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable room to enjoy while exploring the city.

The location is really good. It is very near the train station. Everything is accessible by foot. Lot of restaurants around. The room was also spacious and comfortable and the staff was also really good. The breakfast option is a little limited but is okay.
The city tax is crazy for Florence
