The hotel was perfectly placed close to train and bus station. Service was so polite and attending. Breakfast, although simple, was of very good quality.
Room was a bit small but still manageable. Not enough shampoo was provided - we didnt ask for more - but we bought 1 of our own. The room's door had a very weird mechanism for locking.

Lady that made us breakfast was super nice and friendly, we could leave our luggage after check out. Balcony was great and the room was nice with new and clean bathroom.
For our taste a bit too intense artificial room scent in the lobby (not in the room).

The location is excellent, it has a direct public transport connection to the airport, a 5 minute walk to the train station, and is very close to the historic centre.
Our hosts, Clarissa and Monica, were truly wonderful and helpful, they keep the place immaculately clean.
The food was delicious.
If I were to return to Florence, I would choose this place again. Highly recommend .

We stayed here for three nights (Friday to Monday) and were very happy with our stay! The property is located in a quiet area but still close to the tram and several bus stops, which made it easy to get around. It’s a bit of a walk to the city center, but we actually enjoyed the walk after a day full of activities.
The room was very clean and quiet, and it was cleaned every day with fresh towels. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they even gave us great tips on how to get from the airport before we arrived.
Breakfast was excellent! You could choose what you wanted in advance and specify the time, and everything we ordered was just as we asked for. We were mostly out exploring during the days and only used the room to sleep, but it was a perfect place to stay for our trip. Highly recommended!

The room size is okay, clean and tidy. The location is convenient, not far from the station. There is a Carrefour Express nearby. Breakfast is very good
The shower area is a bit narrow and difficult to adjust the temperature, not very consistent. The bed is uncomfortable, the springs are loud and the mattress is hard. There is a shared kitchen area but guests are not allowed to use it themselves. The refrigerator in the room is not very cold.
