The property was in good order, lifts to the top floor, good clear instructions to get in.

Our stay was absolutely amazing, Clarissa was always just a message away. The location was amazing, no further than 30 mins walk to the most far away attractions but also on a quiet side of the city. I loved exploring this amazing city and this was helped by the amazing room we had. The balcony in our room was amazing.
The bed was slightly too hard too hard for me but this is only a very small issue

The hotel was perfectly placed close to train and bus station. Service was so polite and attending. Breakfast, although simple, was of very good quality.
Room was a bit small but still manageable. Not enough shampoo was provided - we didnt ask for more - but we bought 1 of our own. The room's door had a very weird mechanism for locking.

Lady that made us breakfast was super nice and friendly, we could leave our luggage after check out. Balcony was great and the room was nice with new and clean bathroom.
For our taste a bit too intense artificial room scent in the lobby (not in the room).

Good location, mainly if you are going to use te train station.
Comfortable beds.

The location is excellent, it has a direct public transport connection to the airport, a 5 minute walk to the train station, and is very close to the historic centre.
Our hosts, Clarissa and Monica, were truly wonderful and helpful, they keep the place immaculately clean.
The food was delicious.
If I were to return to Florence, I would choose this place again. Highly recommend .
