Location was super convenient. Staff was nice and helpful. Check-in was super easy. Breakfast was simple but really fresh.
The bed was a bit too hard for us, but that’s a personal preference. The elevator was a bit tiny, not great if you have a lot of luggage. Luckily we only had backpacks with us.

Nice location, great staff.
Overall good, a little old facility compared with the other hotels.
The long mirror is located on the wall behind the TV, so the view is blocked for the most part.
Appreciated the free gift of biscotti, however they are too hard to bite on.

We had a fantastic stay! Located just around the corner from the train station, and walkable to everything in Florence. Our room with terrace was lovely and very clean. Central air conditioning is not often found in Italy! There is also a lift to the top floor where the B&B is located. Breakfast was lovely. You choose your preferences the day before and it is served to you in the common kitchen area or outside. Would absolutely return. Thank you, Clarissa and Monica!

An extremely clean and elegant room, amazing bathroom and proper hypoallergenic pillows. The amenities were amazing and the staff an absolute delight. Definitely the place to stay again.
A few other advantages:
- If you plan on travelling light, there's a laundry service right next to the B&B entrance with very convenient prices and services;
- The city center is a 15 minute walk;
- several mini markets;
- very close to the train station.

Close to train station and city center. Very accomodating staff.
The apartment was in a convenient location and overall it was a decent stay. However, the air conditioning was not cold enough, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer days. I hope this can be improved for future guests.

The aspect I valued the most was having a spacious private balcony, with a panoramic view of the nearby rooftops. The location is excellent: we reached the apartment within minutes of arriving and explored Florence on foot during our stay. The apartment is set in an elegant historic building with a beautiful entrance, but also features an elevator and modern interior design. Highly recommended for a comfortable and classy stay in Florence.

This place is honestly amazing! Breakfast was brilliant, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. Will definitely be staying here again when we return to Florence.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable room. The location is excellent, a few steps from the train station. Also, almost every top attraction in the city is within walking distance. Excellent diners and restaurants very close by. The breakfast was delicious. Last but not least, the hosts were very acommodating, describing in detail whatever we asked. Thank you for everything!
P.S. As a stay in Firenze, the added perks were the elevator and the balcony.

Good location near to S.M Novella station. Breakfast was good. Amazing Monica came to prepare the breakfast for us, and we had a good chit chat every morning. She even prepared some vegetables upon my request which was not in the menu. Clarissa the owner was very responsive, she responded to our concerns immediately at any time. Room size was OK, but the room's balcony was spacious & Marvellous!!! Can see the view of Florence city and have the breakfast at balcony too. We really enjoyed this hotel, especially not too crowded bcos the no of rooms here is limited. More like a private place. Nice environment and privacy.
1st night stay our heater breakdown, and they fixed it the next day. Room insulation need serious improvement, I could hear the sounds from the next rooms, even the sounds of water tap flow. Lift procedures was a bit headache, need to makesure the 2 doors were fully closed every time before the lift can operate. If someone didn't close properly, it will stucks there and someone need to physically go and close it. It's happened to us twice, when someone didn't close the doors and the lift stucked at 4th floor. End up we had to take the staircase to the 4th floor! Breakfast was good, but limited. we can only choose to preorder from the menu 1 day earlier. but it's still nice breakfast though and it was big size!. Only tea were provided in the room, it would be better if can also add some sachet coffees.

- The location is very good, near the center
- The staff was very attentive and accommodating
- Cleaning staff did a good job
- Breakfast was very good
- The door to the room doesn’t properly isolate the sound from the corridor, kitchen, and other rooms, it’s also difficult to close from the outside
- The door to the bathroom is extremely close to the sink when being opened or closed, which makes it potentially very dangerous. My wife almost broke a nail and was in great pain due to this. It should be fixed, or a notice should be given to the guests.
- We found the lighting in the bedroom quite unpleasant
- The hairdryer was the weakest we ever found in any accommodations, and it stopped working at times
- The internet was extremely slow and we had to use mobile data during our stay
- There was humidity around the air vent
- The faucet had what seemed to be rust and limestone
- The ceiling above the shower was peeling, possibly due to poor ventilation
- Paint around the shower basin was peeled off
