Well located within easy walk to train and all Florence attractions. Staff warm and accommodating. Property spotless. Lovely private terrace with a view.

A modern, comfortable room with a balcony from which you can watch the sunsets over Florence. Clarissa was a wonderful and helpful host -- even making taxi arrangements for us to leave for the airport. The B&B is conveniently located just outside the restricted zone, away from the tourist crowds, but all sites are walkable within minutes. There are also restaurants and convenience stores close-by. A very nice experience.

Great communication with Clary and personally prepared BF and to go for our day trip since we have to leave early. Cool AC for an unusual hot September. Walkable to all important points. Location is great specially if you need the train frequently or have day trips planned since meeting point are just around the station.

The place is super well located, clean and really comfortable. The breakfast is good and we can see that is made with care. Clarissa is a wonderful host and was always easy to reach when needed. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and friendly place to stay in Florence. We did almost everything we wanted on foot from the property :)

Location was super convenient. Staff was nice and helpful. Check-in was super easy. Breakfast was simple but really fresh.
The bed was a bit too hard for us, but that’s a personal preference. The elevator was a bit tiny, not great if you have a lot of luggage. Luckily we only had backpacks with us.

Nice location, great staff.
Overall good, a little old facility compared with the other hotels.
The long mirror is located on the wall behind the TV, so the view is blocked for the most part.
Appreciated the free gift of biscotti, however they are too hard to bite on.

We had a fantastic stay! Located just around the corner from the train station, and walkable to everything in Florence. Our room with terrace was lovely and very clean. Central air conditioning is not often found in Italy! There is also a lift to the top floor where the B&B is located. Breakfast was lovely. You choose your preferences the day before and it is served to you in the common kitchen area or outside. Would absolutely return. Thank you, Clarissa and Monica!

An extremely clean and elegant room, amazing bathroom and proper hypoallergenic pillows. The amenities were amazing and the staff an absolute delight. Definitely the place to stay again.
A few other advantages:
- If you plan on travelling light, there's a laundry service right next to the B&B entrance with very convenient prices and services;
- The city center is a 15 minute walk;
- several mini markets;
- very close to the train station.

Close to train station and city center. Very accomodating staff.
The apartment was in a convenient location and overall it was a decent stay. However, the air conditioning was not cold enough, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer days. I hope this can be improved for future guests.

The aspect I valued the most was having a spacious private balcony, with a panoramic view of the nearby rooftops. The location is excellent: we reached the apartment within minutes of arriving and explored Florence on foot during our stay. The apartment is set in an elegant historic building with a beautiful entrance, but also features an elevator and modern interior design. Highly recommended for a comfortable and classy stay in Florence.
