This hotel was about as close to the train station as you could be and very conveniently located to begin a touristy day of walking.
I didn't love the dark hallway/stairwells.... but that's more of a "me" problem. Lol

The apartments are decorated in a designer style, everything is very clean, beautiful, comfortable and modern. Clarissa answers all the questions very quickly and really helps with everything.

The staff gave wrong information twice.
Firstly, she told us about their breakfast preparation for us, and then she said that she was wrong because our room rate don't include breakfasts. OK!
Secondly, she told us to check-out within 10 a.m. I told her that on booking.com it writes 10.30 a.m., and she said "Yes, check-out 10.30 a.m." (We wrote on WhatsApp so I have all the messages).
Thus, be careful when talking with staff.

Good location, clean bathroom, nice terrace
1. Super thin walls and doors that didnt close with handles. We could here everything going on in the corridor and also in the bathroom of the room next to us. We woke up everytime someone arrived, or left, or used the bathroom at night.
2. The bed had a thin sheet and then a bedcover that looked like it wasnt washed between guests
3. The breakfast was not terrific; the croissants stale and the eggs overcooked.

Everything was perfect from the get-go. The communication was spot on. Clarissa was so accommodating and helpful with giving us directions.
The facilities were exceptionally clean, very big room and breakfast was delightful and freshly made. Excellent location, too.

The room is in a 500 year old building, nicely decorated in a very contemporary style. It's very convenient (200 meters) to the train station., The staff was extraordinarily friendly and polite, fixing us an excellent custom breakfast. The room had a lovely balcony with a wonderful city view.

Hotel is great for a 3 star great value for money. Rooms are clean and tidy.
Clarissa the general manager is amazing, very caring and very easy to communicate with. She makes sure you have a wonderful stay.

I Sleep B&B is absolutely fantastic! First, owner and operator, Clarissa is an exceptional hostess. The pride she has in her establishment and caring for her guests is evidenced by all her attention to detail.
Clarissa is always ready to help with reservations, directions, and recommendations which she copiously writes down for you to have in hand when you go out for your day in Florence. She made several reservations for us before our arrival through messaging with us. Her willingness to help you using text messaging was amazing and went above and beyond any innkeeper we have encountered.
The food choices for breakfast were plentiful and delicious! The entire property is spotless.
There is a wonderful terrace to have breakfast and start your day well.
Clarissa is kind, gracious, efficient, and personable.
I Sleep B&B has a few other perks. It is located just a 5-7 minute walk from the main train station. Right next door is a laundromat and affordable laundry service. Two good restaurants are just 5 minutes away, Antica Trattoria Il Giuardino on Via della Scala and Trattoria dall Oste.
Clarissa maintains an English TV station (39).
Its a marvelous place!
