The place is super well located, clean and really comfortable. The breakfast is good and we can see that is made with care. Clarissa is a wonderful host and was always easy to reach when needed. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and friendly place to stay in Florence. We did almost everything we wanted on foot from the property :)

Nice location, 3 min walk to Firenze SMN station.
They will prepare breakfast (quite many choices) for you every morning.
You can leave the luggage is the public area after check out.

Great location near the train station and easy walking distance to the attractions. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The unit was really nicely furnished and very clean. Very nice breakfast each morning. Highly recommend a stay here.
The shower is really tiny but manageable.
