The staff were very accommodating and were very attentative. They were able to organize a parking for us at the hotel. Location is fantastic! Hotel and room was beautiful with a great vintage look! We were travelling with a 10 month old and it was stress free thanks to the staff especially Marco. Breakfast was also great!

Gorgeous rooms, beautifully decorated. It brought you into the Florence experience. The staff were so amazing. They were sweet, charming and friendly. We were spoiled with clean, thick towels. It was in a safe neighborhood with an easy walk to town. The breakfast is delicious and worth having!!

It is really beautiful hotel in a good location. Also the hotel staffs are really friendly. Breakfast is good.
The only thing is noise from the street. Since it is a old building with wooden windows, for the people who is sensitive about noise, that can be a bit annoying at the night because of the cars at the street. Other than that everything was amazing.

Really friendly and proffesional staff! The room was very clean. When I reserved on booking I mentioned we would like a room facing the interior garden and not the main street and they gave us exactly what we wanted.
The guy at the reception that welcomed us was extremely proffesional, making us feel like we just arrived at a very high class hotel!
The hotel is vintage style and relly gives you the Italian vibe.
Definitely reccomend booking your stay here. You can walk anywhere in the city in like 30 minutes and if you are not a walking fan, there is a bus station very close to the hotel :)

You can arrange parking before hand and it’s private. Excellent Breakfast selections, quiet location, easy walking to everything. Beautiful hotel.
If there is a group of girls in the lobby late at night it does echo to your room if you are on the ground floor. I wish the staff would have maybe asked them to SHHH…..it was about 11 pm

Beautiful old villa with antique furniture and painted ceiling. Lovely garden with flowers. Enjoyed sitting there catching some some. Excellent breakfast: scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, prosciutto, ham, salami, cheese, cherry tomatoes (flavoursome), buffalo mozzarella cheese balls, yoghurt, different jams and marmalades, cereals, different types of bread, rolls and croissants. Gluten free bread and cakes. Italian cake trolley. Range of juices, tea, and coffee. Our room had a microwave so we cooked some food some evening Carrefour Express (supermarket). In walking distance to the centre. Definitely go again. This place is a gem.
Very happy with the place. Staff really helpful. If something was missing from the breakfast buffet they would get it straight away. This isn’t a place for someone wanting everything to look modern. We liked the ‘faded elegance’ of the place.

Very good room with large bed very comfortable, ample wardrobe space, Safe in the room ,shower a bit small ,but OK for us. A lounge available for tea and coffee
Only issue was the noise from the road, which at times woke us up. Not overly loud unless you are used to silence.
