Excellent hotel. Room was great, hotel staff friendly and very helpful, probably the best hotel we stayed during our vacation, considering cleanliness, room, breakfast and service. Breakfast was great and had a variety of options. Place was beautiful and quiet.
We couldn’t make the air conditioning work, probably missed some instructions as during this time of the year it is set to save energy. Totally manageable.

Beautiful hotel, comfy bed, high quality ammenities and helpful front desk. The breakfast buffet is superb.
Room 206 had a constant sewage odor.Maintenance tried to fix but couldn’t. The restaurant at dinner time was pricey and the dishes were just OK. A ride to town takes about 40 mins.

The Villa and its design. Most Firenze hotels feature a Florentine style, which we find far too "visually noisy".
Villa Neroli offered a minimal, clean, modern room design, which we found very relaxing and loved during our vacation.
The Villa itself is wonderful, with a nice garden and convenient parking. Breakfast was good, and so was the service.
We enjoyed the location - in a residential area, some 5-10 minutes drive to the outskirts of Firenze Center (and a convenient Parking cellar near the ZTL, which we were not allowed to drive into).
The food at the Hotel's Neroli 141 restaurant during dinners was quite mediocre.

Pretty much everything. Super comfortable bed, great location, very good breakfast, pets friendly.
I would prefer a real Italian cappuccino, not the one from the machine as it doesn’t make a proper milk foam. It tastes ok; however, you cannot call it a cappuccino ;-)

Villa Neroli is tucked away in a quiet part of Florence, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms spacious & spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is so generous with a wide variety of foods offered. The showers are great with plenty of hot water & good water pressure!

Amazing ambience, very clean and super nice hotel, great breakfast (juice maker and pancake machine topped up the expectations), very friendly staff. Price/value top!
Nothing to complain about. We had a blocked drain in the shower, which was fixed upon our request in like 30 mins!

The grounds and common areas were quite lovely. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable and the area was relatively quiet (good for sleeping).
Dinner at the restaurant was good, but not great. It was nice that the surrounding area was quiet - but it was a 20-25 minute cab ride to get into the city center.
