Excellent hotel. Room was great, hotel staff friendly and very helpful, probably the best hotel we stayed during our vacation, considering cleanliness, room, breakfast and service. Breakfast was great and had a variety of options. Place was beautiful and quiet.
We couldn’t make the air conditioning work, probably missed some instructions as during this time of the year it is set to save energy. Totally manageable.

Absolutely excellent! Set in a stunning historical building, this is one of the best places to stay when visiting Florence. Highly recommended!
The breakfast is good, but considering the premium level of this hotel, the selection could be slightly improved.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was modern, very clean, and spacious, which made it extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever I needed assistance. The breakfast was delicious and served in a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful — very comfortable and truly enjoyable. I will most definitely return. I would especially like to express my sincere thanks to the receptionist who was working on February 3rd. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she went above and beyond to help me resolve a difficult situation with a rental car. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a huge difference. A fantastic hotel with an outstanding team — highly recommended!

Villa Neroli is located in a quiet residential part of the city, just a pleasant five-minute walk from charming local trattorias and a bus stop with direct connections to Florence. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. The rooms are clean, tastefully decorated, and well maintained, with very comfortable bedding that ensures a great night’s sleep. The breakfast is excellent, offering a great variety and high quality. Overall, a wonderful stay that we would happily recommend.
Occasionally, the temperature in the gym may be a bit higher because of the nearby sauna area, but this is only a minor inconvenience

Room 206 had a constant sewage odor.Maintenance tried to fix but couldn’t. The restaurant at dinner time was pricey and the dishes were just OK. A ride to town takes about 40 mins.
