The grounds and common areas were quite lovely. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable and the area was relatively quiet (good for sleeping).
Dinner at the restaurant was good, but not great. It was nice that the surrounding area was quiet - but it was a 20-25 minute cab ride to get into the city center.

It’s my third time this year and it remains my favorite stay in Florence. Staff is professional and warm. Breakfast is fabulous, served by attentive staff, led by a great « direttore », in a peaceful, beautiful space. The neighborhood is very pleasant and safe, and several buses connect it to central Florence. I recommend this hotel to those who focus more on comfort and quiet beauty, than on being in the center of the city.

Excellent location: quiet and away from the busy traffic, though a bit far from the city center. Driving into the city is easy, but parking can be quite challenging, so the bus is a good alternative. The hotel was clean, with friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was very good, but dinner options at the hotel restaurant were rather limited for a four-star hotel, especially for a longer stay given the lack of other good restaurants nearby.

The hotel is a villa - the pool, room and breakfasts were all amazing! We also really enjoyed the neighborhood- Modilatte Gelato, rated the best in Florence, is just a four minute walk from the hotel. The whole neighborhood was delightful - we had an incredible dinner at Fuori di Pizza run by an extremely talented couple, the freshest food, all delicious. The whole hotel staff was very helpful and welcoming. A particular shout out to Yaya and Sara, who both went above and beyond to help us!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Everything was spotless — the rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. You can really feel that they care about their guests. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

It is in a quiet area away from the crowds, surrounded by greenery that provides privacy. The pool is perfect to escape the heat and the bar by the pool serves delicious cocktails and drinks. The room is spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Toiletries are high quality. Overall the staff are the shining element of the hotel, being extremely friendly and accommodating of our needs.
