Property was beautifully maintained and staff was excellent.
There was a raw sewage smell that was in my room at different times of the day. I did notify staff and they offered alternative accomodations.

Location was perfect and the property is great for larger groups of people.
We had issues with hot water it was rectified rather quickly, however we had issues with lighting in the bathroom/s that was reported and not rectified. The shower head in the master bath also needs to be replaced. Also had issues with the coffee maker working on an intermittent basis.

We had an excellent time at Villa Neroli. The staff was extraordinary, helping us with everything we needed. The restaurant and the bar – hats off! They were very flexible and treated us excellently; we would like to thank them this way. The triple room (we were accompanied by our daughter) was very clean and spacious. They paid attention to every detail (including changing the towels, even though we didn't request it—not even according to the instructions). Although we didn't have time to spend at the pool, the pool area was very beautiful and inviting. We will return every single time we visit Florence!
Although we really liked that we had peace and privacy, it was sometimes difficult for us to reach the central area by public transport. We had to change two means of transport, with long waiting times (of course, this is not the Villa's fault). It is easier by taxi (the reception staff can gladly help you with this – approximate cost: 20-25 euros in August).

Good hotel, great pool. Music at pool can be more quiet and more in line with the hotel (classic).
Lots of noise during breakfast from staff cleaning etc.

Good breakfast choice in a nice bright room. And a friendly place to sit in the evening after dinner.
The coffee machines were acceptable. A freshly made cappuccino would have been even better.

We arrived to a lovely looking hotel on the drive into the grounds. Inside the reception was cool and airy with very helpful staff. Up to our room, which again was cool on arrival with a number of windows looking out onto greenery or the pool. The pool was a good size and enough sunbeds for those that wanted. There was an outdoor bar area and seating in the shade. We had breakfast included, which had a good choice and something for everyone. We ate in the evening one night and walked out the other 2, to local restaurants. Finally checkout was swift and they ordered us a taxi back to the train station.
Could do with a few more hooks in the bathroom for towels and the bedroom Aircon didn't seem as strong as the dressing area, as we walked into the room. Definitely not a game changer though.

Almost everything was perfect!
- Unfortunately, there weren't enough sun lounger by the pool. It would also make sense to come up with a new system, since some people were using their towels to claim or reserve spots and were gone for hours.
Perhaps signs should be posted stating that towels will be removed after 45 minutes.
- Maybe the gym could use an upgrade

The hotel, staff and room were just perfect. Breakfast was good and the decor is lovely. Private parking feels secure.
Parking area tends to become full and you need a bit of creativity to park at times.
