Amazing location, nice staff, free parking, cute building.
Rooms are not soundproof, and the bathroom will need some refresh (some mold on the ceiling)

The general ambience of the hotel was charming and friendly. It's location was excellent as it was only a short walk from the centre of Florence

Nice, spacious room. Wonderful pool and only about a 20 min walk to the city center. The walk is quite nice as it es essentially still part of the town with shops and restaurants.
Rooms and carpeting could be updated.

No air conditioning and needs complete renovation- smelled moldy and warm air blow from Ac vent- this was not a refreshing experience- looked lovely online from the exterior but interior was old and sad

Large room, great staff. And the linens and the room weren’t covered in fragrances. They used free and clear or fragrance free laundry detergent which is very hard to find in a hotel these days. They didnt have scents sprayed anywhere, amazing! I was actually able to get a good nights sleep because I wasn’t covered in chemicals. And they had onsite parking! Loved this hotel, was the best placed I stayed in my entire trip.

A perfect base for Florence. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was great except the breakfast. Kinda blah but save appetite for real food in town. Great staff. Nice pool.
Breakfast bland and nothing special. If it wasn't included i would not buy.

Quite a good location away from the hustle and bustle of central Florence - but easy to walk in
Despite photos prominently displaying the pool and it being over 20 degrees, the area wasn’t open and when we checked with the hotel management, they saw that this detail wasn’t even in small print in any of their promotional material, their website or on their partner channels. The back rooms we stayed in were old, musty and the view was a hedge and then a car park, not a courtyard. They took money off the accommodation which we appreciated but nothing makes up for the marketing being so misleading.

Location was great. The morning chorus from the park was wonderful. It was early in the season so the staff were a little caught out with how busy the hotel was, but they managed well and were attentive.
The shower screen and taps had just been refurbished and when having a shower it leaked onto the bathroom floor.
