Nice chandelier, big bed and room.
The waiter was rude. Not enough hot food options for breakfast. No lactose milk. Pool was very dirty(full of debris). Stiff bed. Bad sound insulation. We could hear everything around us, including a couple fighting and screaming all night. And every time someone flushed we woke up.

It was honestly so beautiful inside and out ! I was just gorgeous!!!! I was blown away the pool aria was Beautiful to! Everything!!!!!!
Honestly the only thing that I can think off was that our room was not ready when we go there we had to wait a awhile but that was literally it. staff was sooooo nice and the vibe was just amazing I will definitely be returning xoxox

To live today the Firenze lifestyle of yesteryear. Lovely villa which has kept untouched the spirit of old Firenze. Top location. Quality of sleep is outstanding. First class equipment. Spotless clean all around. Breakfast is generous and top quality on the products offered at the buffet. High quality filter coffee is an impeccable and lovely detail. Staff was always available, honest and very helpful. Thank you for a perfect stay.
