The location of the hotel is great, the breakfast is ok. The staff is also great.
The room is not comfortable. My main problem was the shower, it was really disappointing for this value of stay.

The location was great. The beds were comfortable & the bathroom was nice.
The check in process was very confusing & took way too long. The ac did not work so we had to open the window.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, all the corners of the hotel are covered by little cute mirrors, which make me feel cute.

Walking distance to all tourist sites. Very spacious room and decent breakfast
There’s a smell in the bathroom but apparently this is normal in Florence due to their ancient plumbing and historic sewer system.

There was no elevator. The stairs were so high and narrow. The door of the window was not locking. There was no slipper to use in the room.

The location is great.
It seems some rooms are more confortable than others…. Wonder if booking bookers are prefered… my room was wet dark with a shower … well hopefully no need to wash my haire. Nothing to compare with poctures.
People are great still.
