The staff is nice and helpful.
Our room was very poor, dark and dusty, nothing like the photos shown on booking. The room wasn’t comfortable. The breakfast didn’t have many options and the food wasn’t fresh (the cakes were so hard it was impossible to eat). The hotel facilities that are shown on booking are nothing like reality.
The price-quality rate was very bad. It wasn’t a pleasant stay for us.

Check in was a breeze and the front desk employees were very helpful. Walking disance to Florence Market. The room is clean and the beds were comfortable and also warm. Breakfast is also ok. The neighborhood looks a little bit blighted at night but in reality it is quiet and safe. Near the hotel is a noodle restaurant which serves freshly made noodles and around it are small grocery shops. The hotel has no elevators so if you have a heavy suitcase it would be an effort to carry it through the narrow stairs but it is already stated before you reserve a room. The hotel has also a free luggage storage in case you would still stay and roam for a day in Florence. Overall you get what you pay for.
The room has bad smell from the sewer because someone repaired the sink pipes without putting a p trap but a direct flexible hose to the sewer pipe. The wifi was not functioning during our stay and the management are trying to upgrade their internet system since rolls of internet cables are being prepared as we left.

The hotel was very close to a lot of main sights and the staff were very nice and helpful.
It’s advertised as having wi fi but we had none in our room. There was also some kind of party going on opposite the hotel every evening making it difficult to sleep.

The room had 4 beds. The location is good, at ten minutes from the train station. The breakfast wasn't great but it was suitable with a good capuccino!
The bathroom was old and very small. You need to step up to go in and then to go to the shower. The wifi is from an outsourcing net i don't know if it's secure to use it.

Location and cleanliness was great but rest should be better.
Uncomfortable beds, almost no space - just beds and that’s it, small bathroom that was not enough isolated from the living area, air conditioning was broken and made sound like diesel engine.

The hotel was perfectly located, within walking distance of from all Florence attractions and the train station.
The room was comfortable and kept clean, breakfast options were decent

Only the location is fine.
I stayed here for one night in December 2025 with my husband and two small children. As soon as we arrived, the lobby was freezing, and I couldn't believe how cold it was inside the hotel. Even the receptionist was wearing his coat while working. When he showed us to the family room, we encountered several issues:
No heating—only one AC unit, which works from 18:00 to 6:00!
No hot water!
Dirty blankets!
A terrible smell coming from the toilet!
When we asked why it was so cold, the receptionist said that the AC would activate at 18:00 and warm up the room, but there was nothing he could do about it.
There's no way to function normally at this so-called hotel. I can't believe anyone would give this place three stars or more. It's as if they aren't even trying to run a hotel—everything feels like pure improvisation and unprofessionalism.
The breakfast was disappointing—only five items, and that was it. Not even a single piece of fruit, like an apple or banana. There wasn't even any salt on the tables.
To anyone, especially families with children, considering this "hotel," I strongly advise you to save your money, time, energy, and health. Don't book here! Every other place is better than this one.
