Great location and outstanding rooftop terrace where we watched the fireworks on New Year's Eve over the city. Good breakfast buffet.
Staff were unresponsive. We wrote ahead to tell the hotel that we were coming back for our 25-year wedding anniversary (we stayed in the same hotel when getting married in the Palazzo Vecchio in 2000) and asked if we could get the same room. This was denied at check-in with surprising indifference, and the room we received instead was like a cave, with a window facing an alley (could not see the sky). There was nothing in the room (not even a 'happy anniversary' note, which would have been great) to acknowledge our occasion. It was such a shame because we had such wonderful memories of our stay for our wedding, but we won't be going back.

It's a beautiful spot and the location is great. The staff are very friendly.
We reserved a junior suite and were given one that was very dated, requires my 85 year old mom to walk down a very long set of stairs, and had no heat. When I threatened to leave and demand a refund, the front desk attebdant offered us the other junior suite which is accessible by elevator, is warm and bright, and is actually heated.

Dreamy hotel in historic building in a very quiet narrow street in the historic city center. The style of the room was also historic, but comfortable. Lovely modernized marble style bathroom with a very luxury shower. One of the two bedside table lamps was broken but the staff immediately changed it when I told them.

The building interior is beautiful and the breakfast room was palatial! We loved the large rooms and the morning breakfast were exceptional! I would not stay any place else! This place was unbelievably beautiful! The location was perfect for visiting all the sites.
I have no complaints. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Bed was hard and bathroom was tight to move around in
5:30 in the am the worker was in the area beneath our window where the store the sheets and mother things moving things around and woke me up☹️

I had a room for 700 euros and something. I booked a room for my boss for 900 euros and something. In the end, I had a luxurious room on the first floor, and my boss had a modest student cell on the third. It was a very unpleasant situation. You are misleading customers, and this is a bad joke. I still have to apologize to my boss. And it was impossible to change the room to another one.
